Across from the Train Station

The apartment is spacious and located across from the train station and in the center. Everything is easily reached by foot which is great. The location is spectacular and check in was a breeze. I noticed lots of street parking right in front too although we didn't drive.

The property has cameras in the common areas. It's in the listing but easy to miss which I did and I would not have booked if I had caught it beforehand. Also, it was freezing! I don't think the heat was turned on until right before we arrived and it took forever to warm up. Also, temperature control is located off-site so I had to text the property manager a few times to ask that they adjust. It was a pain and my husband kept his coat on most of his time inside.

The apartament is big and it has everything you need. Big kitchen very well equiped. There are parking places in front of the building, with signs of how you can pay via app. We have stayed just one night. The communication with the owner was great. There is a train station across the building.

I know the area a bit, I visit Bracciano often and I stayed in this cosy apartment twice, as a solo traveler once and with a family member the second time. The place is truly well kept, cosy, superclean, checking in is easy with a keybox, communication was great, and the apartment is equipped with basics above the average Booking.com apartment in the area, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, shops, restaurants, the historical center, but also with windows blocking the railway sounds well.

The description did not fully match the actual setup this time. The apartment is listed as having 2 bedrooms. During my first visit as a solo traveler I didn't pay much attention and had a matrimoniale aka double bed in a living room for myself, with any other rooms apart from the kitchen and the living room locked. I rated the experience as almost 10 because for that trip and for Bracciano the house is well equipped, the location is excellent and the communication had been great. However, when I returned here with a sister and booked the place with the specific criteria of 2 bedrooms and 2 separate beds that this listing explicitly mentions having, we still got the same apartment setup, i.e., one large living room with a fully set up double bed and a bare sofa, without any sheets, meaning I'd have to unexpectedly share a bed with a family member. If there had been a simple spare set of linen, pillows and a blanket or a sheet (and there wasn't), I'd have been a happy camper and wouldn't have even written this. But we paid for 2 rooms and 2 beds and didn't get them and I spent a night on a couch with an improvised sheet below and with a towel as a blanket. If you rent this place, you should maybe specify in advance that 2 visitors don't necessarily want to sleep in the same bed.

Relax and recover in Bracciano

Design of the apartment was very appealing and cosy. It feels like home. A lot of nice details. Very close to the train station, town center and castle. 15-20 minutes walk to the lake. The lake is awesome: warm and clean fresh water, black lava sand. Lots of water activities. Overall Bracciano is a nice calm place to relax several days after noisy Rome.

The biggest disadvantage during hot summer is missing air-conditioner. We had to keep windows open, which was very noisy due to trains.

Excellent value for money but not recommended for people with mobility issues

location & free parking. would be very easy to access from train station. was very clean. excellent restaurant just around the corner.

no lift. was a bit difficult up the stairs with cases as we are pensioners. checking in was a bit difficult as we couldn’t get the instructions via WhatsApp

Accomodating host, cozy and clean flat that provided a good base for us to attend a friend's wedding

Cozy, spacious and clean flat. Very close to the train station - its in the name (handy if you come by train), but also with good (free) parking nearby. 5 minutes walk to the castle and the historic center with restaurants around. 3 minutes walk to carrefour express. Nicola is a very welcoming and nice host!

We stayed on a very hot weekend and not being used to these temperatures, it took some time to fall asleep without aircon. The flat is right next to the station, which is a great travel plus, but if you are noise sensitive (we are not) this might not be the right place for you.

Perfect place!

This is the best accommodation i've been in all my trips around the world. Nicola is a super host, you need to tell him the time you will be there and he is gonna be at his place waiting for you. About the apartment: you can find everything you need there. Warm bedroom (even on winter), fully equiped bathroom, washing machine, complete kitchen. It's gonna be like home (or even better). It's 100m far from the station, around 20minutes walking to the castle, and 5min walking to the bus point (to both Anguillara and Trevignano). There is a supermarket on the other side of the railway, and you have a really good and spacious kitchen to cook. I would visit Bracciano again just to be here. No doubts it's the perfecet place to be
