Great Location - huge lack in customer service

the location is great

we arrived at the property at 10pm and there was no water in the entire apartment. the first night we were sent to a hotel as no one could fix the issue right away. the day after, we returned at the property in the evening. Water was back, however there was only cold one as the company forgot to reinstate the hot one as well. the owner refused to send us to the hotel again and left us with cold water for the night. we could not take shower that day after our trip hiking. finally, on our last day we managed to fully experience the property. we got very disappointed on the way the owners dealt with the issue. they said they were not aware about construction’s works on the pipes which took place the same day of our arrival and said that this was out of their control even though we booked a month before. I hope this will not happen to other guests in the future.

Excellent stay fully equipped house

Great view Parking Good Internet Excellent service by owners and their house taker. Fully equipped kitchen all appliances and basic products- coffee, salt, oil, etc. Walking distance to the ski lift. The house has two floors which gave us the right space and privacy.

Just one minor comment- the cupboards and closets are full with dishes, blankets, etc which leaves little space for the guests to use.

Moldy downstairs and a terrible host

It was big enough and appliances worked.

There had been probably water damage downstairs as we were not allowed to stay in until previous guests had taken their stuff out A WHOLE DAY AFTER OUR ARRIVAL. Owner did get us room at the nearby run-down hotel. Oncevwe got in downstairs wall had been fixed and the property cleaned. There was soon a ripe smell of mold. Also, there was no light in the staircase and I fell down on the first day, twisted My ankle so I had it ckecked at the hospital in Aosta. Then, My father passed away back home and we had to discontinue our trip to go home and support My Mother, the owner refused to return money for the Last week. I guess money was More important to him… not a great catholic…

Very good

Quite close to cabin lift. Near two very good restaurants. Well equiped kitchen.

Hard beds with thin duvets. When they were usung the fire place in the apartment above, there was smoke smell in the lower one. No candle holders. The toilet seat was broken.

Good

You can reach the ski lift on foot, app 10 min. Lots of different cookware.

One of the rooms is in the cellar without window and there is bunk bed, which trembles from every movement during sleeping. Wi-fi connection is unstable

GPS direction was not correct. very hard to find and connect with management
