The "spa" is the only good feature of the room.
Horrible interior of the room. I have never seen so many carpets on top of carpet flooring and window curtains and useless items everywhere. Basically, the room was a nest for dust, and mites, if you are allergic or sensitive (like I was), AVOID this place! Also, there was no reception desk, and the reception was in the bar/restaurant part, and their POS was not working...

Great for couples. 😁
No hot water on the last day of our stay.

Pretty building from The outside.
I did not like poo marks in the toilet from the previous guest. The toilet definitely hadn't been cleaned in some time. I did not sleep
As I thought, if the toilet wasn't cleaned, were the bed sheets even changed? Could not wait to leave. Mattress felt ancient, I could not lie on it.

Very comfortable suite, maybe a bit too much going on in the baroque department (some pieces of furniture are literally covered with ornaments). The jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was good, served at very flexible hours. Charming host.
Nothing dislikeable.

Tasty breakfast and nice owners.
The room was spacious and had a big bathroom with jacuzzi.
The hotel is next to Sinaia monastery and in the morning it gets noisy because of the bells.

Beautiful location in historic building.
Broken down building. Dirty and broken furniture and room fixtures. Filthy and broken bathroom and hot tub. Constant kitchen smells everywhere.

Large room and bath, confortable bed.
Friendly staff.
Amazingly beautiful building.
The payment cannot be done by card, only cash.
Dirty room with dusty furniture and carpet, outdated, unconditioned furniture. No mini-bar.
The bathroom was superficially clean.
Although the property is extremely beautiful on the outside, inside is a kitsch written with large letters.

Nothing
Extremely dirty rooms, poor staff, lots of improvisations in the room, no soap, toilet seat broken, no wifi, no batteries in the remote control, dead insects on the floor, dirty linen, one towel had a huge hole right in the middle, keys barely working, POS apparently “not working”, had to wait until 16:30 to check in although we were supposed to checkin at 14. Wouldn’t give us any payment documents until we insisted…. HUGE SCAM!!! It’s a pity because the building has lots of historical significance, but very poor ownership, staff waaaay under qualified and unwilling to to their job.

staff was very friendly
there was a big puke stain just at the entrance of the room, wall decorations were broken, very dusty, jacuzzi had no controls that were scrued in and they were rusty, carpet was very dirty, lights were very low and can barely see anything in the room, the view was not as advertised

The room is beautiful (might worth mentioning red&blue rooms are different rooms and you only get one of them, we stayed in the red).
It's very big and comfortable, the style is like an old castle which was very cool. You feel like a king.
The jacuzzi is nice, quite big. Problem is there is no regular shower, only the jacuzzi bath and a shower head. Not very comfortable for a shower.
Breakfast was nice.
It's quite a walk uphill from the city center. Was ok for us but might not be for everyone.
Also there is no air conditioning. In the summer it gets quite hot, we had to sleep with the window open, which of course lets all the street noise in.
Also, the hotel manager (who doesn't know English very well) wanted us to pay cash, even though booking.com states they accept cards. He said it's a problem for him. When we went to take out cash in the atm at the city center we found out they take killer commission there, around 15%! Other Atms at the city were even worse. We told him and after a discussion he agreed to accept the card but was very angry about it. All in all, it was not a nice experience.
It's ok if the owner wants cash, it's his place so his rules, but that has to be written clearly! If we knew it was to be paid in cash we would've come with enough cash in advance.

The location is nice and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The room is very spacious and also the balcony. The fact that it's pet friendly.
Even if the owner was very friendly, the rest of the staf and the service was very poor.
We found used soap on the side of the jacuzzi so it was clear that it wasn't cleand after the previous visitors. Unfortunately we arrived late on friday evening and saw this only late on saturday evening when we wanted to use it..so there was no one to complain to - we letf on sunday morning.

We stayed for two nights, and we chose this accomodation mainly for their bath thub, and that it was a walkable distance from the train station and the city center. We were pleased with this choice for that matter. Also, they had good food, their soups and stew was great. The staff was very nice and helpful.
They didn’t have available the payment by card, for the accomodation and neither for the restaurant, which is a big minus during Covid situation. The bathroom was clean, but needs some improvements, the floor was cracked, a towel support was missing, the window was cracked. In the room, the sheets were clean, but was lacking overall cleanliness. Also, we understood that is a place with history, and we felt a bit overwhelmed with all the details in the room, it was too much.
