The location is so far from the center and needs to bus for reaching the place .
4.5
I like the breakfast and the room’s decor and cozziness. The sorroundings of the hotel are very nice, as well. The staff were always nice and willing to help with everything we needed.
3.5
The room was clean and comfy with a nice sized desk for work purposes. I really liked the many options at breakfast at it was of really good standard. They had bicycles which you could hire on a daily basis.
The only downside was that the room was not made up a couple of times during my week stay, but did speak to reception about it.

location little bit far from the center but amazing, very quiet. staff was wonderfull they were so kind and helpfull.
nothing :)
4.0
Location, comfy bed
it would be nice if the tv had Netflix, HBO or something like that. Or that you could use your own Amazon stick but can’t put the hdmi thing inside
2.5
Nice and Cozy
The location. It is far from metro
3.5
Small and friendly hotel
Very quiet
Safe residential area
Close to the Amsterdam Forest
To far from Train 15 min walk.
The Public transport system was hard to negotiate - this hotel is outside of red bus zone so quiet expensive if you plan to go into town each day
2.0
The overall neighbourhood where the hotel is situated , is very nice.
The bed kept separating as was combination of small twin mattresses on board.
And since it was just mattresses on top of board, we each kept falling off if sleep close to edges
And cant sleep near the middle , with situation of the moving mattresses.
Bed was small , thus my my partner being tall had to sleep diagonally

The gentleman of reception is very good and he will help you solve any possible questions. The shower in the room is also amazing. Everything here is good.
nothing right now

It was a nice property and in a nice quiet location. Very easy to get yourself to Amsterdam city and many other places & wasn’t too far from ASS airport.
i hadn’t tried the breakfast so i can’t leave a review on that.
The beds are two separate thin mattresses, that kept sliding about. i couldn’t even sleep with my partner for the 3 nights as we would have slipped between the two mattresses. so over all the bed wasn’t comfortable. didn’t understand why it cant just be a double bed.
5.0
it was very nice hotel, I do not have any complaints.
4.5
It was all perfect. Kind staff, best bufé breakfast, very comfortable, good temperature inside. The shower was the best one I have ever been in, a dream. The bed was incredible too. If I have the pleasure, I will love to stay here again in the future.
It was very good. The staff was friendly and kind, but they couldn't help us with the transport to the airport, they only knew one way, and we had to get a different bus. The rest is perfect, the location is very calm but you will have to take the metro and tram or the bus to get to Amsterdam. The Amsterdamse Bos is SPECTACULAR. You need to go and rent a bike.
4.0
convenient for Amsterdamse Bos park run
towels in bathroom torn and old
3.5
Good loaction in Amstelveen, close to the Bos and to bus stops that can take you to Amsterdam central
Standard room was very small, and the toilet had a stink.
3.5
Nice clean rooms
Rude breakfast staff. Unwelcoming and unhelpful.
2.5
the room was comfortable and clean
Too far from the center than they say, not so well connected, Their cancellation policy that wasn't clear, the staff was rude at times.
