Will stay again.

It was off of the Main Street so somewhat quieter. Staff was excellent but minimal due to holidays.

Bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

Close to the centre of the pueblo and the beaches. The host was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. He was always open to give us info about what to do in the area.

we liked the tranquility and cleanliness of the residential

I requested a room with a double bed, because I went with my wife... and when we went to see, the double bed was 2 3/4 beds joined together, which made a gap in the middle of both...

Pretty good

we could eat in the patio and hang out around the pool area. The hallways were wide (I kind of liked that). We could park without issues and the workers in the place didn't bother anyone and really trusted their customers. The location was nice.

It would have been nice to have some hammocks around the pool area, maybe a fridge in the room and warm water to shower with.

Run down hotel in the centre of the village.

Location is very good in the centre of the village. The staff was friendly, but hardly available, which was a pity.

The place is run down and poorly maintained. There is a pool, but it's so neglected that it is absolutely not inviting to go for a swim. This actually counts for the entire hotel. When we arrived we were told that 'there was a problem with the gas so there was no warm water, but they were going to fix it'. When we checked out two days later, we haven't had any warm water yet, so they probabely just don't have warm water at any time... We stayed two days, the rooms weren't cleaned after the first day, even the dust bins weren't emptied. Wifi didn't work in the rooms, however it did work in the common room where breakfast was served. Breakfast wasn't very special (you get a plate without being asked what you like or if you have allergies) but it was okay regarding the price. It really is a pity that they don't do more effort to keep the hotel nice. The pictures on this site look very nice, but are probably from the time the hotel was opened, unfortunately the hotel doesn't look like that anymore now.
