A very nice hotel in a quiet safe residential area,

Hotel was very nice with clean rooms and friendly staff. It is in a very quiet residential area which does mean taking a car to go out anywhere. However they are very inexpensive using the local ride sharing app so not a big problem. The breakfast is not extensive, but you can get snacks and soft drinks etc at other times which is nice.

This place is the real deal. The staff here goes above and beyond – always ready to lend a helping hand, and their politeness is top-notch. The level of cleanliness is impressive! The breakfast is not just good, it's seriously delicious. The variety and quality are on point. I've got to say, this spot has set the bar high for hospitality. OK for the price but there are possibly better options

Comfortable bed; nice staff, generally

Underground breakfast room with no natural ventilation. Not a great breakfast. Internet patchy. No common areas. Tiny bathroom, leaky shower enclosure. Bathroom fixtures show lack of maintenance (eg scaling, mould). Messy check-in (they pretended that my room had been cancelled for very bizarre reasons, which was not, and offered accommodation in a "sister property". Upon insistence, the reservation was honored. Post-event, they apologised and offered a nice welcome pack).

The reception staff was very good at the time of Check-in. The bed in the room was super comfortable.

The Sofa seats in the room were dirty, the clock was not working ... The Reception staff at the time of check out was a bit rude .. 😕

Superb

The staff was very cooperative and made sure that my stay is comfortable.food was well served and prepared according to our requirements,which was the best thing for me as i was traveling with my children. Room service was also up to the mark .

It's okay for a budget stay.

Staff were helpful and the location was good (though not close to any attraction or shopping area.

It was a small and basic hotel property than it was advertised on Booking.com. Bathroom needed cleaning and was too bright. The room had a beeping fire alarm (which needed a new battery perhaps).
