Clean modern villa in a great location

Arrived at midnight to find a very friendly Christos waiting, and cold wine, water and milk in the fridge (very appreciated) along with bread, fruit and loo roll. Villa is situated 2 mins walk from supermarket (which offers a free lift back to the villa), the main strip of restaurants and bars is around a 5 minutes walk away. Aircon worked great in the bedrooms, hot water plentiful, and beds were very comfortable. Christos allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge as noone was due in that day very much appreciated

Pool table really needs to be removed or repaired properly as totally unusable.

space, peaceful and clean ..

the pool and space around the villa were fantastic. the location to Coral bay was great too… the sea views from the upstairs terrace really did make it such a great place to spend your holiday. the staff were helpful but not intrusive so we really did have the place to ourselves…

Exceptional

Superb location. Easy access to supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach. All within 5/10mins stroll. Fabulous upstairs terrace with views of the sunset. Plus the terrace got all day sun and plenty of space for sunbathing and loungers available. Lovely pool area and seating downstairs too. Very private and lovely quiet surroundings. Yet all within walking distance of the 'strip'. Property was very clean. All English channels available on the TV including Sky sports. Christos was an exceptional host.

Best time away

Amazing villa beautiful and clean lovely pool Chris was very helpful..... great location walking distance from beach and main strip with bars and restaurants local supermarket with everything you could need I can't fault this place highly recommended. Public transport was easy to get around.

Great for a relaxing vacation

The villa is spacious, well equipped, the yard is welcoming and offers various options to spend time with kids. Christos is very friendly and does its best to be a nice host, helps with information of all sorts. He welcomed us with fruits and snacks, which was quite important given that we arrived late and shops were closed. Very convenient location, close to a big supermarket, in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Pool is nice and was very much appreciated by the kids. We had a very relaxing stay and would have liked a longer one! :)

Amazing Villa with pool in walking distance of the beach

When we arrived our host was waiting for us, we did arrive late, and he organised some food for us ready in the fridge. He was very welcoming! The place is very modern, spotless, big, airy, a big pool with shower, ping pong table, even billiard table. Fantastic outside space for bbq and relaxing. Cristos did come around later on to see if everything is good and did bring fresh fruit. The villa is in walking distance of the sandy beach, restaurants, shopping and big grocery store. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Cozy Villa in walking distance to Coral Bay!

Cozy Villa, we loved our stay there! Although the Villa is a little bit older than it seems in the pictures, the rooms & beds are super comfy, the towels and sheets were fresh and everything you need is there. We felt like home! The house had 4 terraces (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs) and each one is in another direction - so you can choose between sun or shadow at each time of the day. There ist everything you need in walking distance: a big supermarket (Philippos, 3 minutes), Restaurants (3/10 minutes) and the Beach Coral Bay (10 minutes). Free parking in front of the house or inside the house gate. The communication with Christos was uncomplicated and super friendly. He helped us with every question we had and also gave us tips. Thank you!

Amazing family holiday

Everything! We had such an amazing 10 nights at villa Demi. The owner, Christos, is lovely and even left us some essentials in the villa as we didn't arrive until after midnight, this was such a lovely touch. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was great, it was so nice to be able to have our own pool to cool off in as well as table tennis and a pool table in the garden! We had a problem with the air con in one of the bedrooms when we arrived and Christos had someone come to fix it within an hour of me mentioning it in the morning. Couldn't ask for more! Less than 5 minutes walk to the main supermarket, 10 minutes to the strip with bars and restaurants, and about the same to the beach! Perfect location, close to everything, but feels nice and private and secluded. Bus route is available nearby to go to the harbour which also goes past the Tombs of the King's and ends near to the archaeological park. We also hired bikes one day to visit the Edro III shipwreck, and hired a car for 2 days to visit the waterpark, sea caves and the Saint Neophytos Monastery which were all within half an hour drive! Thank you Christos for a wonderful holiday. We will be back! -Lisa

Perfect Villa, Perfect Location, Perfect Holiday!

We have stayed in many villas in Coral Bay and this was the best by far in terms of location and facilities within the villa. 2 mins walk to the main supermarket ( philpots we call it ) and 5 mins walk to the centre of the Coral Bay strip. The host Christos is only a phone call away if you need him otherwise he leaves you to enjoy your well earned break. We would definitely recommend the villa and will hopefully stay again in the future.

very comfortable villa

The villa is great. There was absolutely everything we needed and even more. Comfortable kitchen and dining room, nice bedrooms, beautiful patio with pool, barbecue and even billiards and ping pong table. Children always had something to do :) There is a lot of space, trees and flowers around. Very pleasant place to stay. Christos was very welcoming and prepared water, juices, fruit and a bottle of good local wine for us. It was very nice of him. Thanks! We will come again.

Great property, location and hosts.

Fantastic property, great swimming pool and in Christos a fantastic host. Property nice and clean and well stocked with all you would need. Within short walking distance of large supermarket and bars restaurants etc.

A/C was not working downstairs which given that we arrived during a heatwave was a disappointment. Apart from that, no negatives whatsoever.

Annual family Coral Bay holiday

Exceptional

Location was great. Cristos is the perfect owner... Came a couple of times to check all is fine, but not intrusive at all. The decks and terraces are well thought out. Places to get out of the sun and sit in the evenings. Lovely

Coffee machine had a European 2 pin plug so we bought a cafetierre for 7 euros... Got to have a morning coffee fix!
