Ala cart breakfast given..Booked room with buffet breakfast but given alacart breakfast without info

Spacious room.

Langsir berhabuk Lantai berhabuk & tidak tidak di vacuum langsung. Iklan buffet breakfast, tp bg ala cart meal yg tiada pilihan & tidak ada makluman awal.. Aku bayar breakfast tp bana dpt ala cart meal. Bodoh punye management yang in charge ttg breakfast. Hotel ni kawasan kilang.. So mmg view bosan.

Not recommended hotel

Rooms are big

1- internet connections were poor and not able to connect in some rooms 2- we got water leakage in toilet in level -11 room and staff informed to be fixed but not fixed. 3- water finished in level-7 rooms in the morning. 4- two toilets locked automatically and not able to open. One of the room toilet locked at late night and we have to change room at mid night. 5- some sheets found not clean and we asked for change. 6-The place of hotel is far from shopping areas. 7- The hotel rate in booking.con is 4 stars but in real found 3 starts after discus it with hotel staff.

My first and last stay here.

Spacious room and is accessible for a wheelchair-bound person.

The suite room is dirty and so not a suite room's standard. i.e: dirty floor, dirty cabinet, dirty toilet (I can make a mini pool since water drainage in the shower is so bad), no towels and laundry bag upon check-in (so had to request for it and also hair towels are upon availability?), used bed sheet in the wardrobe? Also breakfast variety is limited and is not to be looking forward to (but the nasi lemak is delicious). I am so not reconsidered staying here again or recommending it to my friends. I hope the hotel management can be more strict in taking the hotel's image as a 4stars hotel.

poor maintenance of the hotel or the room . maintenance of the property need to be improved . came here with whole family . late check out have to pay extra Rm 50 . kinda disappointed as the property doesn’t seems as listed.

Great looking pictures, not so great experience.

Managed to get a good price for 4 days stay at executive suite. Spacious room. Aircon works well.

Cleanliness of the bedsheets, pillow cases is bad, can see spots, and unclean. Frequency of housekeeping is not good as I've put the marker but no housekeeping came. The room lighting equipment is not plugged in and not being placed at the right location with some of it is broken and with bend plug, bathroom lighting is so bad its dim and not inviting. Bedside rack is broken, can see clearly wood patch paste repairing is there, finishing is not good and theres no rack/bedside table for replacement. Its not like the picture at all with good lighting and finishing of a good hotel rooms. As if I was given a room that has not been used for a long time. I need to wait for almost half an hour to check in eventhough I came an hour after the check in time. Breakfast choice at the hotel is terrible, definitely not worth RM20 that I paid, only served nasi lemak, fried kway teow, nuggets, breads and pathetic cereal. Beverage is the usual tea and coffee but come on, it is not as per illustrated in the picture. The location was nowhere near any restaurant and shops. A bit hard to buy anything as it is situated in industrial area.

very big room. comfy bed. away from all the traffic. friendly and helpful staff

room was dusty and not clean. but housekeeping quickly resolved the issue, just some misscommunication. short but enjoyable stay
