Good breakfast

We stayed on level 3 and the property has no lift so we to have the heavy bags up/ down. The room provides very basic facilities

Positivt overrasket

Koselig og oversiktlig lite hotell. Personlig service ved frokost som også var i særklasse.

Hotellet ligger sentralt som medfører støy og trafikk fra E6 som kjører forbi.

Völlig in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft macht zuerst einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck, ist aber insgesamt völlig in Ordnung.

Overall, stay was decent

- Extremely friendly staff who are very approachable and even went above and beyond to help with parking guidance - Overall, location is decent with plenty of restaurants and shops around it

- Economy room is quite small and basic and the furniture is old

Short and sweet stay in Narvik

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. The best is breakfast: you have your own table, indicated with your room number so you do not need to hunt for an empty place. The first selection of food is already waiting for you there, neatly arranged, then you have your buffet at your disposal and/or you can order some hot breakfast dishes. Feels warm and cosy!

I could not get the aircon working. No hotel parking available

Beliggenhet var bra, men hotellet så gammel ut og utslitt.

Jeg likte ikke frokost. Det var en fattig frokost i forhold til penger og andre hotel vi overnattet hos.

stylisches eingerichtetes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Wir hatte ein Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer gebucht (moderne Variante). Im Doppelzimmer ist der Platz für den 2. Koffer etwas knapp. Mein Bett hat zwar beim Ein- und Aussteigen etwas geknackt, war aber bequem. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße), aber es war trotzdem recht ruhig dort.

Perfect stay for a short trip to Narvik

Only a short walk from the train station! Great breakfast. It was possible for me to check in past the ordinary check in time.

Nice, central hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff.

Narvik Hotel Wivel is really centrally located, you can reach any of the museums and shops in 5-10 Minutes of walking from there. The breakfast buffet was nice, with good variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The WIFI was stable and reliable.

Some kind of cupboard in the rooms would be good. Living out of a suitcase for 7 days makes things quite chaotic after a while, and clothes get all wrinkly and stuff. The 2 provided plastic hangers were not enough in my opinion.

Highly recommend the Wivil, excellent breakfast buffet, and restaurant on the ground floor, delightful decor and delicio

Loved the place: from the tasteful decor to the cosey, homey atmosphere and the very comfortable bed, peaceful room- that by far exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location and breakfast.

Excellent breakfast, good choice and variety. Good central location. Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean accommodation, good facilities, with tea/ coffee available all the time. Luggage storage was available and utilised, so thank you.

We hired a car and coming from abroad, were not aware that you are not allowed to park alongside the hotel. There was no signage either and we were issued with a parking ticket, within a 20 minutes while we went inside and hotel. The reception staff on duty at the time said that another couple from Spain were caught out as well, some time ago. Reception should have a sign up warning people about this.

I highly recommend the Wivel Hotel in Narvik

The location, the cleanliness, the staff very kind and helpful, underfloor heating in the bathroom :)

Nothing, except there is no elevator, with a big suitcase it could be not easy to reach the upper floor

really really Good breakfast with everything you want! close to a lot of Restaurants and the City Center

we weren‘t able to turn down the vents in the room for the night. they were a little loud.
