Uniquement la vue qui est de toute beauté
Tout sauf la vue des montagnes. La restauration indigne d’un 3 étoiles, presque mieux dans une cantine.

I liked how cheap it was. It allowed us to stay an extra night. The mountains were beautiful.
Our room had blood on the wall in the bathroom that I know the cleaning crew saw. Because it was the first thing I saw when I went into the bathroom. So, they ignored it. So, I had to clean it up.
The next morning my son saw dried blood on his duvet. Makes you wonder????
There was NO air circulation unless you opened the porch glass door and blackout curtains. So trying to sleep with bright light’s shining into your room was a bit rough.
Breakfast was zero nutritional calories. If you plan on a vigorous day of activities, do not choose the breakfast.

the location, the price for the room and the fact they accept dogs
the room was a bit smelly and the bathroom too small. Breakfast was ok for the price we paid

Hotel is a little dilapidated, but the room was clean and wide. It had the bed, no bedside tables, only one chair, and a 20 cm wide table. And a rather faded carpet. Heating works well.
Hotel is far away from Aragnouet. As a matter of fact, it is not in Aragnouet village (on the main road) but at Piau Engaly which is a sky resort at 9 kilometers from Aragnouet, following a crazy mountain road. You probably must consider 20 minutes to reach the sky resort.
The "private parking" is an open space, to which anyone - guest or not - may access.
Major problem was dinner. There are no shops at the sky station - at least in July - so we were forced to have dinner at the hotel, or drive to Saint Lary, which was 40 minutes away. There was no menu, waiter told us the choices he had. That means that at the end of the day, hotel may charge whatever they want. One avocado salad 8 euros (one small avocado, two slices of unsavory tomato, 4 euros, roasted chicken leg with fried potatoes and mushroom sauce, 12 euros, 500 cm3 wine, 8 euros, total 24 euros which may have been a fair price should the quality be acceptable, which it was not.

10 steps from the slopes and very nice accomodating staff
The usual french slopeside tinyness. Nothing terribly wrong with that

Amazing mountain view, nice terrace and cozy rooms. We had a comfortable stay, everything was good
Breakfast could use a bit of variety, the cheese was tasteless

Well placed
Not very clean with no Covid measures:
(everyone cutting the same bread without any
towel)… Personal not very friendly.

The location was lovely. Views were amazing. Food was very nice.
The route through the Pyrenees was stunning
Limited choice in bar and restaurant.

We were there off (ski) season so not much! if going in the winter to ski, slopes are literally just outside.
Unfriendly staff, very old fashioned rooms with no amenities at all (other than shower gel and hand soap): no fridge, no coffee machine, no boiler… and doubtfully clean. Very overpriced for what it is… breakfast was VERY poor to be charging 10€ per person.

We enjoyed the views of the mountains, the trailing paths and the quiet atmosphere.
Tiles in the balcony were dislodged.

Perfect location, just a step away from the ski lifts and all facilities.
We had booked a room for 3 (2 adults with a child). Unfortunately, we discovered that the room was facing the backside (overlooking the car park), with no view, no balcony. The front rooms, facing the slopes looked very nice and sunny. Ours felt more like a budget hotel, darkish, basically like being in a cellar.

Skie hotel in summer time the best!

Very friendly and helpful staff
Location is beautiful
Free parking, behind the hotel, a few meters from room window
Delicious breakfast
The dinner was ok, the salad a bit meagre, but the chocolate mousse really good
The shower splashes water on the bathroom floor, a door or curtain would help

Very friendly staff, easy access to private parking and of course the view!
The neighboring rooms were loud, every time someone opened or closed a door it woke us up. The dinner at their restaurant was also not great. Luckily there was a good restaurant nearby ;)

Very nice view of the mountains, the heater is great!

The location is superb. Although we had clouds and mist almost the entire time, we did manage to get few hours of sun and enjoy the 360 mountain view - breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was OK and they offer the option of espresso instead of the regular pot coffee, which is a great - for a coffee lover.
We had ripped and dirty towels in the bathroom. The reception replaced them immediately after we complained, but they should not have been there in the first place. Especially considering the sanitary crisis we are in, I was expecting the place to be super-mega clean.
