A great view

Excellent location, i need of maintenance. They put worn out pots and pans there that an op shop would regect, none of the knives and forks matched and were poor quality. 2 mugs that did not match. One plate blistered from the microwave and should be replaced but the location makes up for it. Would I stay there again? Yes I sure would. Food and drink across the road

Rummet stort ,ok säng med kudde. Ac,vattenkokare,fläkt ,kylskåp m frys, handuk för pool,handuk för dusch ingår, vatten, duschtvål,tvål, schampo ingick oxå. Framför allt tyst på kvällarna, man behöver inte trängas vid poolen, sen är det max 2 min gång till stranden. Den som gillar lugnet ,skall åka hit. Men priset för det du betalar ,så helt klart värt varenda krona/bath

Väldigt långt till 7/11, eller annan butik. Man behöver ha en moppe för att kunna ta del av området.

Except for the bed the stay was comfortable, worries about doorlocks and not functioning room safe.

Reasonable good quality and complete apartment. The location is excellent for a quiet beach visit. Don't expect to have any nightlife without a car to drive there. There are some restaurants and a 7-eleven on walking distance. Apartment good size, not super. Balcony and Seaview. Appartement equipment works and kitchen fairly complete. WIFI is good.

Safety locker unavailable, as locked out by (likely ) previous hotel guest. Doorlock protection minimal and worrisome. Bed extremely bad mattress, that the lowest of the lowest quality.

Amazing stay

Everything is great on this location. Room is big. Balcony is great. Bathroom is good. Kitchenette is superb and well equipped. Except the wind "singing" in the doors. That's it. Happens to be bad weather so even that can happen at night. Large parking. Bit remote from city life but beautiful clean beach right in front. Pooltable, swimming pool Everything is good here!

Superb stay with amazing view.

This is an amazing value for money place. Spacious parking. Balcony itself has a beautiful view. Bathroom is of good size with hot water. Kitchen has it all. Bedroom is clean. Bed is comfortable. Excellent stay. Excellent service.

Relaxing and easy access to the pool and the beach.

The Condo was clean and quiet with a great view of the beach and ocean. The host was great as I was getting in late, they let my friend who lives nearby drop some essentials off for me and leave them in the Condo, and they left the keys for me. I really enjoyed my stay, as the biggest thing for me is that it is clean, quiet and private, all these requirements were met and I will happily stay there again.

The bed was a little hard, but that is common in Thailand.

Swimming pool snooker table tennis and gym were all excellent. Close to beach and restaurants. The room was big but old but it had an amazing balcony view of the beach. 7/11 about 10 minute walk.

Wonderful view and location by the beach, excellent staff

My 20 days here were great. The view from the window, the sound of the sea, swimming - exactly what I needed. The staff was excellent and the room on the 24th floor was great. Everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Free coffee (instant) and drinking water, toiletries are available.

A peaceful stay for a person who wishes to have a quiet time somewhere near seaside.

The seaside view from the balcony and the serenity. Spacious unit. Adequate kitchen tools.

Limited access of transport in the neighborhood after sunset. They will only be available at twice the daytime rate.

Relaxing.

The room was spacious and being on the 24 th floor there was a nice breeze from the open window so no need for airconditioning at night. The small balcony had a view of the sea and was a good spot for breakfast. Good shower. Great swimming pool. Local restaurant just at entrance to property served good meals and breakfast. Short drive to Ban Phie pier for boat to Ko Samet island.

Could not work out how to use the plug in induction cooktop supplied. Instructions and suitable pan would have been usefull. The rubbish on the adjacent beach.
