Execrabila datorita lipsei de empatie dar si a atitudinii complet anti-client a personalului.

Nu mi-a placut nimic, deoarece personalul de la NOVOTEL s-a intrecut pe sine sa nu ne placa nimic. Rar mi-a fost dat sa vad atata straduinta in a face lucrurile sa iasa cat mai prost posibil. Pe scurt: - am revenit in acest hotel dupa ce in ianuarie am stat cateva zile intr-o rezervare de 2 camere; nici atunci nu am fost foarte happy dar a fost decent titusi, datorita amplasarii hotelului. Hotelul se promoveaza de 5 stele dar din punctul nostru de vedere e de maxim 3 stele la conditii, de 7 stele (nu de 5) fiind doar pretul: - am facut o rezervare pentru finalul lui iunie, tot pentru 2 camere; dintr-un joc al sortii, ni s-a defectat masina pe drum si nu am putut ajunge la cazare, masina fiind luata cu platforma si dusa intr-un service; am anuntat imediat hotelul sa poata debloca camerele si sa le dea altcuiva si noua sa ne faca rezervare pe o alta zi; - am ajuns a doua zi pe inserat, ni s-a spus ca nu este decat o camera libera, ca ne-o pot da pe aceea si ca nu ne pot restitui banii; am convenit cu dumnealor sa facem o rezervare pe alta zi in contul rezervarii platite; - am revenit in ziua convenita, candm stupoare, ni s-a spus ca trebuie sa platim noua rezervare si ca am pierdut si banii pe rezervarea anterioara; - dupa discutii indelungate, am decis sa ramanem in hotel, fiindca era foarte tarziu si sa platim desi era complet ilogic si complet in afara intelegerii cu ei; - ne-au dat o camera foarte proasta, foarte indepartata de lift si in care muzica de la barurile din zona se auzea ca si cum cantau in camera; - am solicitat a doua zi o alta camera si ne-au dat o camera unde vedeam in acoperisul constructiei din curtea interioara, desi hotelul avea multe alte camere libere, conform spuselor lor. A fost o experienta halucinanta! Am fost tot timpul politicosi, am mai fost in hotel, dar ei ne-au tratat ca pe niste infractori, pe banii nostri. Am dat 1 stea dar pur si simplu nici atat nu merita.

I liked The Hotel in general, but in my opinion the price over-rated compared to the room view

الحجز ليس مشمولا بالإطار . أعجبني أن الفندق يقع بجوار ممشى غلاطة بورت, الموظفون مبتسمون ومعاملتهم راقية ويوجد موقف للسيارة برسوم إضافية يومية.

إطلالة الغرفة لم تعجبني ولا يوجد طاولات بجانب السرير كي تضع أغراضك أو هاتفك عليها كما أن مسند الأريكة بجانب السرير يتكىء عليه شخص واحد وبالتالي لا يمكن لشخص آخر الجلوس سوى على السرير و هذا غير منطقي مقارنة بفندق خمس نجوم أو بالفنادق الأخرى التي سبق لنا الحجز فيها.

Good stay but could have been better.

Location, very near to tram and Karakoy where nice restaurants and bars are present. Breakfast was also very good and high quality.

Staff doesn’t smile much and didn’t feel friendly. I didn’t feel comfortable sometimes. Cleaning staff also used to make faces if asked to come at a later time. Felt weird. The hotel is advertised as 5 star but doesn’t feel like 5 star at all. At max 4 star.

as a frequent traveller I was offered welcome food. personnel was quite good. and even when I came a bit late for a check out they were very friendly, especially a reception guy.

Great location and great value for money

The location is very good. There is underground parking which is quite spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is pretty new so the rooms are quite spacious.

The window could open just very little and there was a very noisy HVAC unit outside.

We’ve booked the best category most expensive suite and it was dirty and run down. It seems staff is attentive but just don’t know/care meeting expectations on that level of hospitality. I believe a quality manager would be able to open doors to international standards.

There are no ( toothbrush’s , cotton swabs, ear cleaning pads , shower cap and bathrobe. They provide only two bottles of water per day and only two coffee sachets, as well as tea and sugar. One of the staff members entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and kept knocking after. The room key malfunctions daily, and I need to go to the reception to have it activated.

we arrived early because our flight schedule was in the morning but the receptionist didn't allow the checkin till 1:00pm so we had to wait in the lobby for few hours.

الموقع قريب جداً من غالاتا بورت مطل على البسفور واطلالة جميلة خدمات الغرف والكونسيرنج متعاونين جداً ولطيفين

مشكلة كنا في الطابق الخامس .. يوجد ازعاج في السطوح حتى ساعات قبل الفجر و تبدأ من الصباح الباكر .. اتضح انه مطعم والعمالة يسحبون الكراسي والطاولات طوال اليوم وكل اصوات السحب فوق رؤوسنا .. احياناً اصوات سحب الكراسي مستمر حتى الساعة 3 قبل الفجر عوازل النوافذ غير جديدة .. اصوات السيارات واصوات المارة في الشارع يوصل وتدخل للغرفه ضيق الغرف والشارع ضيق جداً وصعب الدخول والخروج بالسيارة
