Bed bugs. After waking up I noticed id been bitten, on my left leg in several places it's day 4 and the itching and discomfort don't seem to be dissipating. Bed bugs My email to staff went unanswered

Not good - The people next door were parting until 3.00am

Having to walk from building to another. Especially the car park. This was not mentioned in at booking stage, otherwise I would not have booked it.

Would have like to know that if I booked direct with hotel I could have got free parking

good size for single traveler, clean

there was no rubbish bin, and could not open window for fresh air.

Disaster, booked 3 rooms for family and all were very disappointed.

Location

Room did not meet expectations as per the photos on the website, very old, tired, dirty facilities. Would not recommend to anyone.

I wouldn't stay there again

The room was large enough and has 3 beds

The room is in another apartment down the street. Staff was not very friendly when asked questions, there was no warmth in welcoming like I was bothering them. The mirror was completely dropped behind the fridge which was unplugged from its power point. The door feels insecure.

somewhat good value for money

Photos were not like the actual place, seemed as though photos from the crest - next door - had been used Smelt like cigarettes Thin walls, could hear people coming in and out of other apartments, talking etc

Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting room. It was filthy and weird and the bed was awful and lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillow were flat and all the sheets were gritty. The fridge was filthy, someone's name was scrawled across the wall and the floor was gross. The room didn't get cleaned at all during the stay, and when I requested more towels, they didn't show up. There was also free parking on the street that I wasn't told about while you took my money each night to store the car away. What a disgusting disgrace for a motel. Gross horrible yuck.

good location, don’t expect much

amazing location

the room we booked absolutely stunk like cigarettes and the window wouldn’t open. the hotel happily upgraded our stay though this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there and this time had to pay $20 for parking and reception staff seems to be getting more impolite and less efficient by the visit

Location was great just up from St. Kilda shops and cafes, staff were very helpful and friendly

Bed was made up of 2 single beds that kept separating, the room was a bit musty and dusty but overall good value for money!

Staff were so friendly, room was warm clean and comfortable It had good curtains so we could sleep in through properly which was amazing Hester worked well shower nice and hot The Cafe downstairs had nice coffee and bakery goods
