Good value for money for short stay.

Staff was helpful when the toilet flush doesn't seem to be working. Easy check in. Loved the spa bath.

Had to ask for additional towels even when it was mentioned that there were 6 of us checking in. The sofa bed was not entirely clean, there were dog hair on it.

Place was every run down were unaware that 90%of rooms were for emergency housing kids riding scooters between cars which when you own a rod hot is not good place was dirty

There was nothing to like about the place

It was dirty the carpets look like someone had thrown a party The carpets were so badly stained the dust cobwebs outside was not welcoming was dirty as well found some child sock right outside your door will never stay there again

The place was so noisy, we could hear the neighbours and the cars on the road. We had trouble sleeping with all the noises.

The location was handy for my purposes

The toilet paper, cheap and nasty. The pillows had hardly any filling. If I had been a couple, there was not enough glasses and only one bedside lamp, and the room was between two family groups who were very noisy

Felt misrepresented and fleeced.

communication was difficult and cancelling for a very good reason was impossible, with communication going to booking.com to be sent back to the property like a game of ping pong. the property said they would refund when they heard from booking. com. still no ability to raise it again with booking. com after being charged. totally unimpressed. tried to change the date, which was visible on the booking. com site but was told by the property, not possible, they are a small business that can fill rooms readily without discounting. booking. com site pretty difficult to liaise with. end result unsatisfactory, and paid despite assurances to the contrary.

Not a place for a honeymoon... but for a low-ish cost work trip, perfect !

The rooms are a little tired and so are the grounds (needs some weed spray) - however, everything that I needed or wanted was there and functional... I would use again....

It was very strange not having a staff member in the office and to get the room key via a vending machine - however, it worked very well.

This motel is very very tired looking it was very disappointing to drive in, if I didn't have a booking I would have driven straight back out again. The facility needs some serious upkeep it needs some gardening and weed control. The inside of our unit was clean but the carpets were disgusting and need replacing. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in you could feel the springs underneath the spa bath did not work and there were slugs in the bath. For the price that you pay I would have expected a lot more I will not be recommending this motel to anyone.

Perfectly adequate for a weekend when you spend little time in your room.

Across the road from a place that sells coffee and breakfast treats. Room plain, but acceptable.. Clean.. Had Sky TV, Toaster, Microwave.

Power plugs not in really convenient locations..

Ok but needs work

Room was good size. Heat pump heated it well. Good sized kitchenette with all the things u need including an oven and cooktop. Dining table too, and tvs in bot rooms. Lovely spa bath too. Electric blanket on bed was great too.

Room had a horrible smell. Lots of road noise and lots of noise from other people staying at the hotel. Not much sound proofing. Rooms decor very dated.

For the average person the stay is a good value for money one.

The motel was well provisioned and clean. Everything worked.

The shower was inside a spa bath which had a high side to be climbed over. My mother travelled with us and was unable to climb into the bath. Nor was there a non-slip mat or a handle to hold onto while climbing in and out. I should have checked on this before accepting the room. Last time we stayed there the shower was separate from the bath and she was able to use it. However, that room was already booked. I would have asked for a more accessible shower, which they may have provided but Mum was too uncomfortable at the time, so we just skipped it.

Run down. Self check in didn't work. Lawns needed mowing. Weeds needed spraying. General maintenance neglected. Inside unit maintenance neglected.
