Designed by local architect Corbett Scott in the classic ‘camelback’ style and featured on The JetSet TV travel channel by celebrity psychic and author Laura Powers, our one-of-a-kind home melds the historic & the modern attracting the well known celebrities we've hosted. Whether you stay for A WEEKEND or a season, you’ll find no shortage of essential amenities, where bars & restaurants are woven into the fabric of the street scenes all around our home.

Our home features King beds in all 3-bedrooms, a loft with a *PELOTON spin bike and off street parking for one vehicle. *unlimited Peloton App+ classes available on the 65-inch TV in loft note there is no Peloton ALL-Access membership for the monitor on the bike but the same classes are available in the app.

Where favorite bars and restaurants are woven into the fabric of the street scenes all around our house.

Come have an exceptional New Orleans experience in our one-of-a-kind designed house that embodies the historic and the modern, so you and yours get the real NOLA flavor. Here you have more modern amenities than you would get at most hotels. This camelback style house is an ode to the historic architecture of the city, and takes every opportunity to charm you, from the plantation shutters in the master bath, to your very own flickering gas lamps hanging in front porch poised to welcome you back after an evening of revelry.

Whether you want to STAY FOR THE WEEKEND or an entire season, you’ll find no shortage of amenities in this home. Each bedroom is oversized and much larger than you will typically find with other homes or hotels in the city and two of the rooms have full size walk-in closets. Our fully equipped kitchen allows for a magnificent evening of feasting at home, where you can dine inside or out on the back gallery (porch) sipping a cocktail of your choice while being enveloped in that sweet southern air. Then go enjoy a full soak in the freestanding tub, cuddle up on the couch and take in your favorite show, or explore the New Orleans nightlife. If you want a jaunt on famous Bourbon Street, have an intimate dinner, seek out one of many master mixologists throughout the city, listen to some legendary jazz, or go find a Second Line to be part of the festivities, its only minutes away.

Our home is located in the heart of the Bywater and only a 6-8 minute ride along Chartres St to the French Quarter’s French Market or to Frenchman St. in the Marigny. There is also a world of great stuff right outside our front door here in the Bywater where you can walk to favorite local spots like Bacchanal, The Country Club or Bywater Bakery to name just a few.

IF you will later rate us poorly for the "Location" please CANCEL your reservation immediately. Maybe the Bywater is not for you.

This home is gorgeous. The neighborhood gives you so many excellent options for eating and drinking and appreciation the best of New Orleans. The home has every amenity you could possibly think of - beautiful bedding, towels, toiletries, etc. The home was sparkling clean! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. The best part was the warmest possible welcome to the home!!! Jannie couldn't have been more welcoming!!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and just a lovely space for our long weekend. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made the entire trip smooth and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our family group of 7 absolutely loved this house! First of all, the photos don't do it justice - it's a beautiful home. Secondly, the beds were all extremely comfortable and had really nice linens & pillows (the things you notice when you book a lot of vacation rentals). And finally, the location - the Bywater is such a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants & bars within walking distance. I would not say it's walking distance to the quarter, though, so just go ahead and uber/lyft for your french quarter excursions. Also worth calling out that the management of the home is really great, and our concierge, Jannie, provided us with awesome recommendations and responded really quickly when we had questions. 10/10 - would absolutely stay here again!

My husband, myself, sister with husband and their son stayed here for my daughters wedding. My daughter lives in New Orleans and was very excited for us to be staying at a great location in her neighborhood. Veronica and her concierge were excellent at communicating with us prior to our arrival. Everything was super smooth when we arrived. Good communication continued during the stay to make sure everything was okay. The downstairs master suite was spacious and worked out great for my husband and myself. The upstairs bedrooms and bath were private for my my sister and her family. The house was spacious but yet private for both families. On the wedding day the master suite was perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids to gather and get ready., especially the large bathroom with double sinks. The kitchen and living area is open and perfect for cooking, eating and relaxing. We also enjoyed just hanging out with our morning coffee on the back porch. So many places to walk to, Bywater bakery, Elizabeth's, Pizza Delicious, Bakinol and many more. We walked to the French Quarter easily and to Jackson Square. Really a perfect location! Just an FYI, the wedding reception was at Tigerman Den. Perfect venue. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much Veronica and team! Such a perfect house and location :) Jane and Family

Spacious, well-appointed, extremely comfortable for everyone. Pleasant for our family of 5 and plenty of room for a pizza lunch with another group of our family making it 11 for a meal. We were celebrating a COVID-delayed wedding and having this quiet oasis to retreat to for a brief respite every now and again was heavenly. Veronica was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to celebrate with us by sending several bottles of sparkling wine to our dinner table the first night we arrived when we hosted a pre-wedding dinner. What a warm and welcoming surprise. Highly recommend the house and the management team.
