The place is just lovely! It is soooo comfy and beautiful! We really loved it. And it’s really well located as well. And the people is really kind and willing to help.

The property has a beautiful garden and is right near the downtown area. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable, particularly the pillows. The owner was nice and it was easy to check in and park nearby.
Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets came right off the bed (I know that fitted sheets aren't a thing in Europe, but these were so small they couldn't be tucked into the mattress either). So during the night we both kept waking up lying right on the mattress.
We also paid for the breakfast, and while it was ok, I thought it was not a good value especially compared to other breakfasts we have had at guesthouses in Bulgaria and the prices of local food in the restaurants compared to the portion sizes. We didn't realize at first that you could just use the kitchen, so I would recommend bringing breakfast food of your own to prepare.

Central location, wonderful garden and very nice host.
8.0
The location, host and look of the room.
No WiFi in the apartment, but outside.
A bit too dark, even when lights on.

Great location with a very helpful host.
The curtains in our room were far too thin, and the hallway was extremely noisy whenever someone was passing by or opening a door.

The breakfast each morning (8Lev/per person) was outstanding: French Toast (my wife says the best in the world ,and she would know). Boreks / blini's(feta filled pastry fried) and crepes as good as any in Paris, Great coffee/cappuccino, superb honey and preserves. Unless you are prepared to self-cater breakfast, there is no place in this village to get a better breakfast.
Very easy parking, very close by. There are lots of patio spaces with table and chairs if you prefer to eat outdoors. The breakfast room is quite small and fills up very fast with even with 1 family and 3 kids. You can get your wonderful breakfast and it anywhere outside or in your room if you wish ,however!. You have the use of the fully stocked kitchen (utensils, pans, oven and stove/large refrigerator to prepare your own meals if you wish in the evening. ( Mostly I made "shopka" salads for us), There really aren't any breakfast places in town. The property itself is a welcome respite from the ubiquitous cigarette smoke you'll find at most BG cafes and restaurants.
The host( Vasilis) is most welcoming, speaks good English, . There are a dozen "guest-houses" in town, and even without trying the others, I am confident that this is the best one! The garden court yard is filled with roses and other flowers, making it an ideal place to just loaf if you wish.
We were there in late June. Tourist volume was low, with a weekend peak of primarily BG families from Sofia. Apparently the peak is in August with several music festivals.
Better lighting in the upstairs loft (with lightbulbs that work). The bathroom is small . The shower unenclosed /water everywhere on the floor when finished. Typical BG, and Turkish shower arrangement, it maybe a bit difficult for western Europeans or North Americans, OTOH the water pressure is great and the very hot water abundant. This is a minor quibble which did not detract from our complete enjoyment of this guest house.

It was a very beautiful house with nice garden and great view from the main balcony. The location is perfect and everyone is very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and they made homemade traditional banitza the first morning, which was great to taste. Our dog also liked it.

An excellent guest house to visit the surrounding area. The guest house is lovely and the hosts friendly and helpful.

The location of the property is perfect. It's just a few hundred meters from the main square, but on a quiet street. The garden is lovely and the rooms are well organized with good beds, great bathrooms and comfortable sitting areas. The staff are great and go well beyond what's expected to make sure the guests are happy.
Any complaint I could make would be petty. I very much enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff's efforts to accommodate my preferences and those of other guests.

The location is great, the house is cozy with beautiful outdoors and amazing view. The hosts are friendly and were exceptionally helpful towards us when we had car trouble, thank you so much! At the end our kid didn’t want to leave, so that sums it up pretty well :)

location very good with decent restaurant located just around the corner; dog friendly, with safe enclosed garden; very reasonable price. Although there are virtually no amenities within the room, cups, glasses, coffee etc is available from the communal kitchen area. Free, on road parking right outside. Host was welcoming and showed us to the restaurant and checked it was ok to allow dogs in.
room was very cold (to be fair it was minus 9 outside) despite radiators on highest setting and pelting out a fair degree of heat. There was a draft through the front door and also through the unsealed bathroom window; the wall themselves felt very cold as though there was little insulation. There is a fireplace available in the room, but there is an additional charge of 15 lev to use it.
Shower is a little low for those over 6ft tall and temperature and pressure are a little unreliable.

Location and room were perfect. The view is amazing.
There’s no parking so we had to leave the car in the street but it was completely fine.
