Ideal budget choice in the center

Location, staff, atmosphere, simplicity of entering and leaving, balcony and rooftop terrace, hot water and AC. No complaints.

Good starting point for central nicosia, but the bathrooms are beyond aweful

Great location in Nicosia, clean rooms and great rooftop. Also for people who don't sleep well with light, the thick curtains really helps.

The bathrooms are small and awful, it is so small that you can barely sit on the toilet, not recommended for bigger people

Disappointing, nothing like the reviews I have read before booking!

Bathroom floor was very dirty, you could see the shoe prints of the previous guests or the person was supposed to clean the room. Bathroom was smelling badly! It is a noisy road and you may not find parking easily, especially late at night (if you have a car)

good for the price

It was next to the border crossing post, near ledra street, where the shops and cafes are. We also liked the terrace on the 3rd floor.

we arrived at 14:00 and had to wait for about 40 minutes for the room to be ready although we told them beforehand about our arrival time.

Great location but not good value for money

Kokapena zoragarria, alde zaharrean eta autobus geltokitik gertu. Great location in the middle of the old town and close to the bus station.

Komuna oso ttikia, dutxa ere bai, gortina gorputzean itsasten zaizu. Gela zaratatsua, bai kaleko zarata bai beste bisitariena, dena entzuten da. Tapoiak ekarri! Gosaririk ez. Garestia. Tiny bathroom and shower with curtain sticking to your body when showering. Very noisy, both street noise and other rooms/guests. Bring earplugs! No breakfast. Bad value for money.

I was in Nicosia for a conference. The accomodation was very good and it was close to the venue.

New, excellent and spacious shower with plenty of hot water.

Good location in the center of Nicosia.

The room was smelly and the shower had no separation with the rest of the bathroom, there was water everywhere after you got a shower. The bed was very soft and the pillows very thick, it was hard to get a good sleep.

Excellent, kind and friendly staff. Wonderful location. The rooms are quite and comfortable. Wonderful Cypriot hospitality. Highly recommend.

Location

The bathroom gets clogged and you can't even have a shower more than 5 mins without flooding the bathroom. The shower curtain is wet and moldy. The place smells bad and feels toxic. 54€ a night. I can hear neighbor early in the am. Loud and clear as if they were speaking to me. Luckily didn't book more than 1 night. Finally moved to Airbnb with kitchen and washing machine. 4€ cheaper and yes this is on the south side as well. Depressing place to stay.

Fantastic location, very authentic common space design, friendly personnel. The terrace was the best part of the facility. We enjoyed our stay!

Great value in a great location with friendly management!

Great location! Also very flexible in letting me keep my car in the lot for a few hours after checkout and calling me when I forgot my iPad and holding on to it for me until I came back.

There isn’t 24 hour reception, so you have to be mindful of that. I understand it’s a major factor in keeping the cost down, but just understand that when planning when to arrive, etc.

The location of the accommodation is better than perfect

The location of the accommodation is better than perfect. In a quiet street, in an absolutely great location, a few steps from the pedestrian street, with its own free car park. The interior design of the building is extremely tasteful, wonderfully combining traditional elements with modern architecture. The size of the room is also excellent, the bathroom and the balcony are unfortunately only a palm in size and cramped, but we only spent a single night there, so we didn’t feel the downside of these. There was a nice breakfast and I have never had such good accommodation in Nicosia.

If we spent more nights at the accommodation, I would enjoy a larger bath and a balcony, but the latter is compensated by the great roof terrace, which we still enjoyed.

I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you for your hospitality.

All was fine. It is a lovely and cosy family hotel with an amazing roof terrace. Free parking was a pleasant surprise. Happy to return in the future.

I was a bit disappointed about the coffee as it was Nescafe for breakfast.

Free breakfast. Position in the city. Free parking.

AC was noisy because there was a motor installed in the terrace of the room. During our stay some workers were carrying out renovations but the inconvenience was limited.
