entertainment area Food was excellent and very good value. Pool looked lovely. Staff were excellent too.

The bed was shocking. The room was not cleaned thoroughly They swapped one bed. Other was still uncomfortable. TV did not work. Was fixed. Lamp did not work but swapped its base and it did work. No room or drawer to put things in. No room in the bathroom either. This was for a 5-day stay. Depressing entrance to units with no lights. Uneven concrete and rubble.

location, bar /restaurant was lovely.

There was a person in the dorm that we where put in and it looked like he had slept in every bed. Clothes all over, food and dirty dishes everywhere. Generally just a mess. We thought the staff would have least been in to check status of the room before other guests arrived.

We'll be back again but not in the budget rooms.

The location is great. We've stayed here before and really enjoyed our stay Great location and plenty of parking especially if you have a boat.

Unfortunately this time I booked a budget room accidently, this is my issue and not the hotels. The budget rooms are behind the office and quite dated, lots of road worker / contractors stay in these rooms which take away from the holiday feel. I see plenty white dual cab utes going to and from site every day when i'm at home. The restaurant is very overpriced for what you get, eat somewhere else and save a few dollars.

Poor show

Nothing much else was open so we ate in the attached bistro. Food and staff there were good.

Photos not as informative. Odd chairs with one being filthy. There 2 nights - room not serviced and on enquiring told only serviced if stay 7 days or more but not told this. Would not recommend or stay again - overpriced.

Mess in the kitchen, people not cleaning after themselves. Few power outlets in the room, no for top beds

Exceptional

Lovely villa. Loved the decor. Fully equipped kitchen. Has its own laundry. Comfy beds ❤️🤤 walking distance to town centre and pubs 🍻 look forward to staying again.

Would be nice to have some pedestal fans in each room.

Snorkelling Trip

The room was better than we had expected and fantastic for our purpose as a base for our snorkelling activities. The staff were great and took into account a request for our room to be furthest away from the pub. 😃

Curfew time not adhered to by guys in barracked accommodation.
