Relived to leave.
Car parking. Gardens are nice, pool is nice. But so much road noise meant it was unpleasant to sit outside. N125, major road borders property.
Cold. Damp. Dark. Cramped. No where to sit apart from dining chairs. Floor flooded when it rained. Road noise. Train noise. Broken heater in bathroom. Electric cut out one morning.

Like your own house in the country and close to everything
Very nice layout with the pool right in front of our room and our own patio. Did not use it because it is winter, but in summer it will be lovely. The rustic house has a couple of apartments, but it feels like you have your own house in a nice garden .Two beds on the mezzanine level which is really good if you are 4 people. Had extra heater for winter. Good size bathroom and a shared lavanderia with big washing machine. The house is on N125 road so it is very easy to go places, and a short drive to Fuseta with its beach and seafood, or Tavira.
The wooden cabinets, they did not smell so fresh inside, probably gets affected by damp/cold,

Pleasant
The apartment was clean and nice on arrival. The host was very pleasant in his manner. The grounds are huge and would be great for kids and the parking and washing machine a bonus.
When we arrived we were told there had been a recent power surge and the tv was bust this was not renewed and we were there for a month. The place was freezing at night so we bought a fan heater to keep warm, over time this caused condensation and blackened the walls. The pool was filthy and unusable. This apartment is also next to the major road en 125 therefore never quite.

lovely month long stay in Algarve
. + Tiago, the host and his team! + private parking behind solid metal remote controlled gate (directly on N125 iconic main road) + the plot, which was enormously large, very sunny, warm, interesting and full of fruits and herbs and a multitude of life forms such as birds and small reptiles to take pictures of :) + pool, we made no use of (november) + airy design of the apartment + practical kitchen equipment such as weekly-shopping-for-a-couple capable fridge, el. kettle, double el. hob, etc. + large bathroom with excellent water pressure and well sized shower + separate laundry with a gigantic, perfectly working and modern washing machine + provided heater for those few cold nights (there is no heatpump/aircon, just a heat fan in the bathroom) + sufficient wifi with a repeater (router in other separate room - powerline or cable would work more reliably I'd say but that is solely a professional deformation) + via verde (walking/biking track) just few hundred meters away + Fuzeta village just a stone throw away with it's hilarious Nanobrew microbrewery (open fri-sun eves) where beers and ales talk and have smily faces, supermarket, a traditional market (too early for us), cafes, and so on + Tavira in the opposite direction, just half an hour bike ride with even more supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Pingo Doce are all there), cafes, bridges, another pub serving craft beer, I"chin"ea homeware store selling just about everything you wouldn't ever need but are happy to buy and an old castle we paid to attention to + lovely Santa Luzia village on the way back with its sunny waterfront to have a cafe con leite, cerveja, or some snacks
. - N125 iconic main road (take earplugs if you stay in the large apt or get ready to knock yourself down every night with some nice red or porto if you are not deaf already) - pack some luck so you don't face extreme hurricane-strong storms like we did, killing most of the electric equipment inside and cutting power in half of Algarve. Even though, IT WAS WORTH IT

Would be an amazing place for a large family/group of friends of 12
The host was very welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure we had food, he took us to the supermarket on the first day when we checked in and back to the apartment free of charge. A lovely hospitable host indeed!
I didn't like the fact that on booking.com it says very close to the beach, but that is probably my fault at the end of the day for not checking. The beach booking.com are talking about is the less popular Fuseta beach however the main one is in Albufeira. Approximately 60-70km away so if you dont have a hired car, you will spend a lot of money just to even get there, around 20 euros for a return train ticket for a day or 120 euros by uber also for return. That's 140 euros for a week by train or 840 euros a week by uber. So if you have a car great.
