The “Manand Hotel,” a small cozy hotel located within one kilometer of the citycenter, boasts convenient proximity to various attractions. With a 20- to 30-minute walk, you can reach Republic Square, the National Museum, and the History Museum of Armenia. Additionally, it is close to the Blue Mosque and the Pak Shuka market. The hotel features an excellent restaurant called “Tavern Yerevan” and is also near fast-food options like doner kebab and grilled chicken. Despite being a small hotel, it is clean, with pleasant rooms facing the street yet free from noise. The staff, particularly the manager and owner, are very friendly and courteous. The hotel offers a quality breakfast served in your room, with a flexible breakfast selection. The hotel, situated on the ground and first floors, lacks an elevator. We stayed for eleven nights in December 2023, and the heating was satisfactory. There was a small kitchen on the ground floor where we could prepare our meals. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, sanitary services, a private bathroom, and an electric kettle. A hairdryer was also available if needed. Additionally, we received complimentary taxi service from the airport to the hotel. I would recommend this place to others. There's a good Wifi there.

The bath was dirty, its bed was awful and even didnt use proper bedsheets, their breakfast was repeated, the stairs was so dangerous and gorge! Nice personnel. Communication is a bit difficult if you are not fluent in russian. The room was of the right size, had everything mecessary. Good bathroom. Moderate breakfast, the staff were quite nice to serve it in the room at the time which suited us best. Good location, about 15-minute walk to Republic square. Yerevan city store only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Hot water was missing the first night, but the owner was quick in his reaction and fixed it.

I did not like anything
1. When I booked the room (based on previous positive - non real- reviews) I had noticed that it appeared an automated booking for 2 persons and I had immediately contacted the property. Got a discount of 3.000 dram
2. They gave me a different room from the one booked in the photos
3. They insisted on me paying with cash and/or them managing my payment with my credit card because the POS was behind the "reception" table
4. The room (especially the bathroom) was fairly clean which is unacceptable
5. The lock of the room was quite loose, leaving the room and worrying all day long, if I would find my belongings especially my work laptop in place

The hotel is at a great location, almost city center. Republic square is amost 10 minutes on feet. The personnel was friendly with desire ro help. The breakfast was nice. Not many choices but good quality and quantity. The room comfortable with whatever was needed. Very good for each price.

Location and WIFI.
Air conditioning didn’t work properly. The room was too cold and a small radiator could not provide the required heat duty specially at nights.
The bed was small and the mattress was old and damaged. There were holes in some parts of it.
The bedding, pillows and blankets were inappropriate and dirty. The furniture was too old and useless with a bad smell.
Breakfast was awful. For example, eggs that were overcooked and sometimes not fresh.

The hotel is in the city center, so it’s perfect to walk a lot on foot. The breakfast was amazing and very nourishing. My room had a nice balcony. Hotel staff helped me with my luggage and taxi, they are very pleasant people.

The breakfast was good, and the location was fine. The owner was very helpful and kind. He provided everything that we needed, and he even woke us up in the morning, we had a bus early in the morning. The room itself was on the 1st floor, so it was easy for us to carry our luggage. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Yerevan again)
The bathroom was very big, almost the same size as the room itself, and it was difficult to get out of it after showering as the floor was covered with water which seems okay for this region. So bring your own slippers.

The hotel is actually not quite "hotel" but more like a private rooms in a one apartment building entrance . You are met by externally friendly and ready to help lady, which is only a person you normally see. She is all -in - one . There is no reception and dining facilities. Breakfast delivered to the room ( no other place to eat) is ok - omlet, fresh bread, nice jam, yogurt an strong freshly boiled Armenian ( Tukish, Greeek, Cyprus..) coffee. But be ready to go to nearest shop if you want coffee with milk.
. Location is very good. Center is in walking distance, airport - 20 min drive on taxi ( not in rush hours).
Bathroom looks REALLY strange - very big room with a sink tub in one corner, shower in the middle and small closet with a toilet in other corner. where the toilet is placed so that you can only sit on it slightly sideways because your knees rest against the door jamb. You don’t even have to try to close the door if your height is more than 140 cm. What was an idea of such design I could only a guess.
The shower is also very unique. Water pours directly onto the floor, flowing into a drain located right in the middle of a huge room. After the first use, the entire floor in the bathroom becomes wet and you should not even think about walking on it in socks. I have seen similar designs in India even in 5 star hotels like Thaj but there is always a tray with the glass door, so the bathroom floor stays dry . They do not receive any cards and any currency but AMD, but bank and ATM is next door. If you travel for business - getting receit could be an issue.

Staff are friendly and the place is surrounded by restaurants, groceries and beautiful places.
Language ....difficult to communicate...but was able to manage.

Nice location: you can reach the city-center on foot, Kond is literraly accross the road. We were allowed for a late check-in and the staff agreed to get the payment in roubles, so we didn't have to look for an exchange office. Good Internet. The room was simple, but clean. In short - a good place to spend a night or two.
Busy road, so a lot of cars even during the night = noisy. The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired - two yogurts, choko-pies, eggs and bread. But we stayed for 1 night, so it was ok.

If you need a budget B&B place this hotel is a perfect choice. The location is excellent. You can reach the city landmarks on foot. Staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room for free, just because it was vacant at that time. The breakfast was basic: eggs, yogurt, bun, tea.

The stuff is just amazing. The ladies are very frliendly and helpful. The location is pretty good. The matress is very comfortable. I slept like a baby.
The smell. I got a room for smokers and I felt it just when I entered it. However not a big problem.

Not bad of a hotel tho. Yet a few things could be improved. You will get a refrigerator , tv, roof over your head and a normal bed. It was cold and you gotta wait in aim to get hot water. But I believe it aint about the hotel but Yerevan in general. Ive been to 3 hotels in Yerevan and all of them appeared to have the same issues. A lot of massage parlours around and even one in front. I had no idea but they were "that" kind of massage parlours. One supermarket was quite near and everything isnt far from the place at all. I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget trip and dont have high demands.
Nothing to be frank. Some things defo could be improved but the option was one of the cheapest in town and at least this one didnt disappoint.
