Staff was friendly and helpful
Our room floor was sticky to the point that it was uncomfortable to stay , we told the maid to clean the floor again but it was still sticky, shower temperature took very long time to heat up. Beach was dirty. And they did not give towel at the pool. We stayed at veranda huahin n thought it would be the same in here, it’s not.

Far too expensive

big room and private pool
service level, if this hotel going charge 23k THB a night for a pool villa, they ought to retrain all their staffs. otherwise put a 5k price on their pool villa, would suit more to the current staffs mentality and service mind. location good, Pool Villa room is great, big pool. Room facilities a bit run down, probably more than 5 years without retouching.

The resort I sure when new was very nice.but the room we had and pool needed maintenance a lot of point there and cleaning windows and pool balcony very bad .damage to walls in room .and on arrival at 1600 hours the room was not ready so had to wait 20 minutes we giving a complimentary afternoon lunch for that. But on having shower the soap container empty. Over all it was relaxing. But not 5 star 40000 b for 5 nights I expected it to be without the point I said thank you breakfast was great regards Will

Nothing really
very dated, rooms were spacious but dated, aircon was stuffy and needing renewed, all ended up feeling like we had colds when in the room. Room service was basically non-existent. won’t stay again

Beautiful hotel, big suits, nice furniture, smell amazing, good big breakfast, area very quiet with a few restaurants, shops around, so many locations for insta pics ;)
many mosquitoes, u cant open balcony door, dirty beach, they didn’t even clean garbage on the sand… why?) and edge restaurant needs more lighting in the evening. my mom couldn’t read the menu.

If you want privacy away from the bustling Pattaya city, this small hotel fits the bill. The restaurant offer a nice sea view for evening drinks and dinner but do make an advance booking. Walking distance to the beach and some nearby seafood restaurant along Jomtien Beach. The manager was very friendly and he spoke to us and others quite often to see if he can be of service during our stay.
The staff at the roof top bar could be better trained in handling customer. We were simply told that the bar is full and before we can request for alternative timing, he just walk away, rather unfriendly. We expect more from a M Gallery collection resort in terms of service rendering.

The resort is beautiful. The poo was so beautiful, clean and relaxing. Best view at the sunrise and sunset is at the sea sky (roof top). Room is big especially the bathroom.
Breakfast was a bit expensive. The location is far from city and other attractions Hotel could offer a free drop off to key areas like walking street.

Really great balcony, with excellent views both on it and from it, and the car parking was large and well positioned. Excellent staff - very flexible, including with housekeeping throughout the day. Very large, very comfortable beds.
The rooftop bar seemed very nice, but closed very early (as did most of the facilities) which was a shame!
