We stayed here for 5 days, it was way too much! The food is good, but does not change much often. We were in April, it was so busy, I cannot imagine how crowded is in summer.

First impression when we arrived, rude receptionist, didn’t even say hello, welcome etc.. We booked a spa, massage and turkish hamman- the worst message ever, I wouldn’t call it a massage at all though, as the lady was so rushing that I didn’t get any proper message, the reason she was rushing , the Spa was full of people,literally crowded.. Paid €60 per person, what a joke. The second thing - annoying stuff always trying to sell something, enough is enough.. Also the gym could be better . Also hotel didn’t think about food intolerances , like milk, there was no alternatives ..

It's a beautiful, clean and modern hotel with wonderful pool and waterpark facilities. The family rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food in the main restaurant was exceptional. There was a vast choice of food, including for vegetarians, and the pastry section was phenomenal, unlike in most other all inclusive hotels.

The entertainment in the evening wasn't great but the kids enjoyed the mini disco. The restaurant was exceptionally busy in the evenings so perhaps two sittings would work better to reduce the crowds and the stress for everybody. We didn't use the beach as the water was full of sediment and looked dirty, although the beach was well kept.

Pool was big and nice.

It was too expensive considering the service. Food was very bad, no quality, no choices. Entertainment team was working only for kids. Every night same meaningless kids shows. Staff was very rude. They were giving attention only to foreign tourists.

Stuff was very frindly and the complex has everthing. Our room was cleaned very well always.

The food was not very good. Sometimes the meal was cold or not very teasty. Everthing in Euro and expensive. You have to pay in advance. There are to much people in the hotel (overcrowded). Because of that not very clean when you take the food. the people are touching different plates.

This hotel by far exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved it and we’re constantly busy throughout the day. The service, cleanliness. Our experience as whole was beyond imagination.

I think the life guards need to be more attentive no glass around the pool area.

the photos uploaded in booking sit was not right, they show a water park which is not existed, value was paid is not worth it, I was charged extra 40€ per night for my 5 years kid without any additional services given such as extra bed so no reason of the extra charges to my bill 80€

A lovely holiday

great hotel, fantastic array of food and the quality was high too. really clean rooms, comfortable (we had a duplex room with our 2 children). Friendly staff.

the only thing I would say is that we had asked for a quiet room because of our young children and luckily we got one because the evening entertainment on the pool side of the hotel was very loud and could have made our holiday miserable with little ones! The only other thing is that the stairs in the duplex rooms make the most awful noise (very loud!). it sounded like elephants were living next door and we were woken a few times even though they probably weren’t intending to.

Really nice resort for families - Big let down by their booking team

It's a relatively new resort. Very clean and kept to a high standard. Kids loved it - lots of entertainment for kids each evening. The pools and water activities were great. All-inclusive food - spoilt for choice! Lots of families were there with kids - We went in easter when it was ok, I imagine it would be very busy in the summer. Don't buy anything from the shops in the resort, walk down the street and you can get the same stuff for a fraction of the cost.

The booking team were not efficient. They took days to respond, and in the end, they didnt! We needed to add an extra child to the booking (which the room accommodates) and so sent a request via booking- they accepted this request (?automated). I contacted the booking department about 6 days before our holiday to confirm, where they replied asking for children's ages - I replied immediately. Then they never replied back! But on arrival, they refused to accept it and said there was no written confirmation from their booking department as they hadn't responded to my message for 6 days! They made me pay 150Euros to get the room! So beware
