Just a suburban house in North London.

Leafy Suburban must fulfill as a place to stay in these Northwestern outskirts of London. Perfectly clean and comfortable and certainly quiet. Remember that this is a private house and the house rules may not suit you and the owner's parking restictions may seema bit odd. Plenty of hot water, indeed the shower lacks adjustment and may be too hot for some and the breakfast is good, fresh cooked and well presented. I was a one-nighter, other guests may have been longer stays and used to the regime. Would I stay there again? Hmmm, probably not, a bit 'regulated' for my liking.

I'm afraid I do not like being told to take off my shoes on entering. A guest house is a commercial undertaking and commercial grade flooring should go with the territory. There are house flip-flops offered, but these are NOT one time use items and very uncomfortable, indeed dangerous, on the stairs. I should have read the description more carefully as at my age communal bathrooms and WCs are a bit of a no-no. The owner insisted I move my car onto the road - 'Because I might move my car in the morning', he did not. Other guests got to leave their cars on the drive. The first floor shower was belligerantly hot with no cool adjustment and poorly directed.

Perfect. Exactly as expected

bedrooms and bathroom were really clean. Jessica was really nice and the english breakfast was really good. I was there with my parents, we had 2 bedrooms and we were really happy about it.

It’s a good located, very clear and familiar house. The host was very kind, she made delicious breakfast as well for all of us every morning. Huge recommendation who wants to stay in a quiet and peaceful place.

Good place to visit Northwood HQ.

Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Very big house with guests having access to all common areas that is pleasant. Both bathrooms are big and comfortable. Easy parking in the street.

There was no hot water in the bathroom whole evening and subsequent morning. The owner could not repair it before our departure. Unfortunately I had to wash myself with a cold water, so naturally could not use a nice shower room.

Great location for us as we were visiting family nearby, parking on the road and quite location. Host was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. Was provided with tea/coffee/water, towels and robe, extra pillows and blankets and some toiletries. Lovely stay overall

Perfect for one or two nights. If you can put up with the shared bathroom

The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Absolutely spotless. I found out why over breakfast (which was also excellent). Jessica, the housekeeper was responsible for everything that was good about my stay. Talk about Chief Cook and Bottle Washer! She was it, and a lovely person too. She is a credit to the place.

I didn't like the shared bathroom. But I should have noticed the bathroom situation when booking. I would probably not have booked, had I, but the bonus was without doubt, Jessica,

Beautiful, cosy home away from home.

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts. The breakfast was superb. The room was clean and cosy and smelt incredible! I would love to know what scent they used.

The woman who made the breakfast and generally ran the house very welcoming and made myself and a gentleman with autism I was supporting fell comfortable.

Temperature in the house bit to warm for me but overall lovely house would go again.

Cosy, clean and homely with kind personnel.

Beautiful venue with kind hosting personnel. The house and rooms which you have access to are clean and tidy and very well looked after and decorated. Clean and bright and very cosy. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the double room very spacious and well kitted out with all necessities and more. I really enjoyed my stay although a single night, I would definitely go back again for a longer weekend or stay. Close to Rickmansworth and Pinner.

Could do with a house number or sign as I drove past it when arriving past sunset. Kept slightly too warm, but otherwise not further remarks.

Quiet few days in London - easy to find

Nice clean and spacious rooms with plently of space to move around. Good breakfasts cooked to order so no food warmed up while waiting, also fresh fruit available as well. Pleasant house keeper who was very friendly and welcoming. Nice quiet location in a residential road with no noise at night. Short distance from end of the M40 motorway so easy to get to and from. Choice of Sky and Netflix on the tv, hairdryer and ironing board and iron in the wardrobe with extra bedding.

Nothing to note as all you could need was provided.

That was amazing! I traveled with my girlfriend and stayed here for one night - great conditions, very polite girl (receptionist/housekeeper), tasty breakfast, silent and beautiful district. My rating for this hotel 11/10, greatest relation price & quality. I would like to recommend this place - you won’t regret 100%

Had a lovely stay here. Room nice and tidy, with SkyTV!! Bathroom (although separate) was in tip top condition and fully stocked. Nothing was too much hassle for the nice lady that greeted me at the door and also cooked an amazing breakfast in record time the morning afterwards!

Genuinely had nothing that I could find fault with.

Exceptionally clean.

Unfortunately I had a long black hair in my beans at breakfast. I did not say anything but left it on the plate. It was awkward for us to sit eating at the same table as others. The host was lovely and pleasant.

Jessica was very welcoming and cooked us a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning. We spent a couple of hours in the beautiful garden having a few drinks before heading off to Wembley for a concert.

Perfect place for anyone wanting a relaxed, spacious and quiet place to stay whilst visiting London’s attractions.

The house was beautiful, set in a quiet location and with lovely gardens. it was only a 20 minute walk to the train station, which linked us directly to our destination.
