Great pool, great location, close to the beach. The appart wasn't clean enough. But still we had a great time!

Everything was very nice. Room clean. Enough space for everything. Our room had very nice location on the top floor and at the end of the aisle, peaceful and silent. The Ginepri complex is located not so far from the beach, we had 10 minutes walk, also with baby pram no problem. We loved the beach. It is perfect for kids of all ages.
The beds we're not as comfortable as I would have loved and also a little bit narrow, so we always hit each other's elbows with my husband)) So sleeping was sometimes rough. But i guess it is a matter of habit.

The apartment is quite new and spacy. The location was perfect for us as we had a car. Otherwise you need to walk to the beach around 15 mints.
The apartment is very poorly equiped. There was absolute lack of dishes, not enough cutlery (apartment for up to 7 persons had only set for 4), no hot water kettle, we could not cook a simple dishes, only had to eat out in the restaurants.
Also the basic things like toilet paper (not even 1 roll, which is very unexpected when you arrive in the evening), no dishwasher, no washing machine (even though there supposed to be one in the bathroom).
There was no dish detergent or teatowel of cloth. It is expected the guests clean the apartment at the end of the stay but there was also nothing eccept brush and a backet. Cloth or detergent to clean the floor was missing. I would recommend to mention this in the email you are sending to the clients so they can bring their own.
Also the arrival should be better organized. In the email we have received was only a phone No. where to call and get the information where to pick up the keys. As the resort is very large it was very difficult for us to find the office after getting the address over the phone. And after all we had to wait in a veeeery long queue for about 45 min to finally get our keys. After 12 hours driving this was very uncomfortable and I recommend to get more staff to deal with this. Cant imagine having little children with me :-(

The apartment is spacious and every appliance either works or is quickly fixed. Staff is wonderful. We had a problem with the lights and a power socket which was quickly sorted by a staff member on a Sunday. Plenty of kitchen tools and accessories. Parking spot reserved in front of the apartment. Swimming pool is clean and has plenty of chaise lounges. Location is perfect: close enough to the sea (10 - 15 walk or 5 min with the train), supermarket (10 min walk to a well-stocked Aliper) and close to the Lido shopping and restaurants area (but not that close to be bothered by the noise).
The other reviews mention cleaning issues and unfortunately they are true: apartment cleaning is done very superficial (guests can choose to clean the apartment themselves prior to check-out and it feels like that this is the only cleaning done). For instance, it is dirty under the beds and closet. The bed mattresses have seen better days and are pretty worn out. It would be very nice to have Wi-Fi reception inside the apartment and also to have access to a car charging point in the parking area.
