The owners go the extra mile so that you have a perfect experience. They offer you many kind of tours: snorkeling, kayak, SUP, fishing, etc (the snorkeling one is really nice). They BBQ seafood every night for a very cheap price (and quality is great); we repeated. Another example: we do not know how to ride a scooter, so they brought us everywhere we needed themselves. This area in the island is really relaxed.
The beds were a bit too hard.

The rooms are very basic but clean. The food is really good and reasonably priced. I only ordered off the menu and everything was made just how I wanted. The hosts are hospitable and helpful. Khanh took us to see sunrise for free and drove my mother because I could not drive her on a motorbike myself. This village is smaller and more laid back than the main one.
The finish of the rooms isn’t great with unclean windows. There’s no water or kettle in or near the rooms. The one that has the sea view opens to a messy rooftop. Neither of the rooms look like the photos when we arrived. Mine did not have a balcony with garden view as described. The path from the gate downstairs to the rooms is not tidy.
The place is in a village that’s relatively far from the centre and the best beach for swimming.

Khanh was very helpful for the organisation of our trip to his home stay and for organizing snorkelling trip with fisherman. The breakfast and the dinner (seafood) were excellent.

Khan was very helpful in transfers
The family were really sweet
Nice views
Felt a bit chaotic and disorganised. Seemed like it needed a bit of TLC
Shower was broken, room could’ve been cleaner,
food was nice but quite simple and not great value, beaches near by were covered in rubbish, The main port was better in my opinion a few things smashed including windows.

Wonderful location, the beach is right in front, water is clean, and local people are so nice and friendly.
Highly recommended for families: snorkeling, fishing, playing soccer with kids
The owner is very nice and helpful. We booked the room with one bed. But he upgraded the room for three of us , The food is very delicious and there is variety.

Run by a very kind couple who organise activities and cook great food! Very clean, quiet, in the middle of a local village so you get to experience the real island life.

The homestay provided basic but comfortable rooms. We had an excellent view of the sea from our room, which was quite nice. The seafood & other dishes served here are spectacular, and it was one of the best places to eat our entire trip.
The nice thing about staying here is there are so few tourists in this part of the island, which gives the place more authenticity and it also means fewer people on the nearby beaches.
We loved the beaches and the views of the sea and island.
The guy who runs things was very helpful in arranging transportation and a boat to a nearby beach, where we saw tropical fish along the way. I would definitely stay here again, and I miss this place!
While I believe overall the system likely worked to our benefit, there is no real set "menu" which outlines meal prices, which took some geing used to. I will say that in general, I did find that the prices charged were quite reasonable, however, I did have to inform how many people to prepare for, as having young kids may have made things a bit difficult in planning. They don't eat much, and there was an overpreparation of food that we couldn't finish, which of course also came at a higher cost. This, however was not a problem after the first night, and adjustments were made accordingly.
I also felt that the woman who works there tended to charge us a bit more than her husband did, though on the whole I feel things were priced fairly, and while I'm less accustomed to this system, it probably did work out better for us, so despite my worries over a lack of a menu, it's probably best the system stays the way it is.

The island athmosphere, the seafood
At the Homestay they put TV very noisy every morning at 5 am

Very helpful owner, any minor issues in the room resolved promptly, nice room, good shower in the room, daily room cleaning, motorbike rental and activities offered at the property, tasty seafood, ‘local vibe’ location,
Some messing around changing rented motorbikes mid-stay, paying for everything at the end leaves you unsure what the final bill is going to be (but there were no unexpected surprises so it turned out fine), lack of budget food options compared to the mainland.

The owner was very helpful, he fixed everything for us, from snorkeling, breakfast on a beach with padleboard, to driving scooters to incredible sunset. His resturant also has amazing sea food bbq.

Great guest house with all you need for the greatest holiday in your life. Optionally, you can rent saps, a bike, as well as order tasty and varied meals in the hotel restaurant. You absolutely must try local seafood!
I would like to thank the owner of the hotel. He is very friendly, sociable, always ready to help. He even delivered a cake for my birthday! Mister Khanh, I wish you prosperity and success!

The owner is just a great person that will help you with everything you need. He is also the best cook we've had in Vietnam. His brother is a fisherman and the fish he catches in the morning is your lunch or dinner for a very cheap price. Very relaxed, layed-back, small fishingvillage with a nice beach
4.5
Excelent stay in the homestay. Very friendly and helpful family. We felt at home:) For breakfast you get whatever you ask for. And the barbecue dinner was always delicious. The owner will organize excursions and other activities according to your wishes.:) Good location in quiet village. I hope we come back.

Very friendly owner and excellent seafood BBQ in the evening.
Don't get the cheapest room, it's without air-conditioning or even windows(just open gaps). It's worth to upgrade to a better room.

Location. It's a good value for that price
Rooms weren't super clean, but for a couple of nights it was okay

Having the opportunity to spend 24hrs on a remote island in a small fishing village was very enjoyable

nice host, good food at the restaurant
no light in the bathroom, plugs for charging phones did not work, really hard beds, mold in the room, not really clean rooms

the owner was super nice and the meals prepared were absolutely amazing!! fantastic location, great for relaxing!

Nice location in the center of a fisherman’s village. We loved staying on the island! We rented SUPs to explore beaches that could not be reached by road, which was really nice. The hosts cooked us dinner both nights and we also had breakfast once and it all tasted good. If you’re comfortable driving a semi-automatic motorbike, do not skip to take a tour around the island, it’s stunning!
Would be nice to have a menu so you know the prices of food and drinks before you order something. There also was mold on the ceiling of our room, but it did not bother us too much.

The owner was super helpful with organising transportation to places we wanted to go, such as scooters, boat trips and cars. The beach nightlife around the property is electric and is super close to hoi an.
The stay was great and seamless

Amazing food, kind host
4.5
it was located in a small remote fishing village. The owner was really nice and helpful, breakfast was very nice.
Even though the fish and vegetables that were served were really good, there was no menu to choose what you would like you literally got what was caught that day. it was lovely sitting by the sea front at night but what ruined it was the really loud Karoke session that was going on at the other end of the road.
4.5
The village was a sleepy little place. Coralreefs just outside the beach. Paddleboards, great food, great views.
4.5
The location was just what we needed, perfect.
The guesthouse is next to the beach in a calm and cozy island village. Sea views from Terrasse were perfect for a couple of cold beers and Yoga.
Khanh was the perfect host who normally specialises in cooking seafood but made a perfect exception for us vegans, variety plus taste were excellent with big portions. He also provided free snorkel equipment, SUPs were 150k and his buddy rented us a scooter for a day.
Highly recommended.

The owner of the homestay was so friendly and helpful! He met us at the ferry and showed us to the property. the location was great and the seafood bbq was incredible!
The mattress was a bit hard but still comfortable!

This is one of the best places you can stay at during your trip to Cham Island. The family will welcome you with great food, comfortable rooms, and unforgettable island hospitality. This place is located on the other side of the island, and the village has a lot of family restaurants and is close the main beaches. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, cormfortable ac worked well. Small town was very nice
Some insects on the area (room/at night) , not many and the place was very clean though, it was probably an open window or such. It is an excelent value in general.
4.5
Everything was perfect - a very welcoming homestay and a delightful host. Definitely the best way to experience the Cham Islands!
Maybe give more information on meal costs - they aren't too high but it's good to know before you eat.
