Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado, no la mejor atención del personal.

Buena ubicación, muy prolijas las habitaciones.

Si bien estaba advertido al momento de hacer la reserva, no fue muy ameno el hecho de que ni el baño ni el cuarto tuvieran ventilación con ventana ni entrada de luz natural. No fue incómodo pero para ventilar el baño y para recambiar el aire con el calor no fue lo mejor. Sabía a lo que iba por lo que no me sorprendió. El personal no tenía muchos datos para servir como guía o para dar consejos en cuanto a tours, zonas para comer como en los otros lugares de Colombia que visitamos. Igualmente cumplieron con la función de abrir la puerta 24hrs y de pedirnos taxi cuando fuera necesario.

Decente para una pasada rápida por Manizales

la ubicación es estratégica, para conocer el centro de Manizales y sus alrededores. para una estadía rápida esta bien.

cuando reserve decía habitación con balcón y nos toco una interna y que la puerta del garaje no sirve y es super incomodo uno mismo tener que abrirla

Great choice in central Manizales

Great location on the main street. Close to the cable car station which takes you to the bus terminal. I chose a balcony because I like that, so you will get some traffic noise. Super clean. Tiny, but functional bathroom.

The only thing I didn't like was the staircase up to the lobby.

Great value in downtown Manizales

We stayed in the king room with the balcony. You can see all the activity of the busy street below as you are located right in the centre of town. Walking distance to the cable car and main plaza. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good staff. Good parking. Fridge in room.

Don’t stay in the rooms with balconies if you will have trouble sleeping with some street noise but didn’t bother us. Rooms are nice but space is a little tight especially in bathroom but it’s functional.

Fair price, good service.

People from Manizales are so extremely kind that seem to be from a different planet. Catherine, the lady at the reception desk is not the exception, she goes above and beyond in customer service.

I got a windowless room, which I didn't expect from the pictures. With covid rising fast this was a concern, but I understand that they probably want to isolate the room from the street noise since the hotel is located right in downtown.

For the price and location a good basic hotel.

Had the suite with balcony overlooking the street, great for watching the world go by. Good size room. though shower / bathroom was little on the small side.

description said room as soundproofed. There was none! Noise from reception area until late at night and noise and fumes from traffic until late as well. Like many hotels, the safe was very small and locked!
