Spacious clean and wonderful host.

The host was very good at giving us all the correct information and firections. She was pleasant and looked after all our needs. Room was clean and bathroom was very clean too.Unfortunately we got very hot at night. There is the fan facility so we managed to sort it out

The bathroom light was very dim that is all - but some people may like that.

Stress free and comfortable

The room was clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The added extras of food and drinks was a nice touch and most welcomed after a long days travel. Location was perfect and access to the rooms was easy.

For me it ticked all of the boxes and well worth the money.

The accommodation ticked all of the boxes. It is situated in the town the town, but is situated in a courtyard which was very quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep.

I did experience a problem opening the external entrance door within the allowed time limit for the combination lock, until I figured out that the door opened outwards. Might be a good idea to point this out in the booking confirmation/

Nice apartment in the centre of town

The apartment was big, clean and bright. Bed was comfortable and it’s in great location. Breakfast with croissants, jams, cereals, coffee and tea, a bottle of orange juice and milk.

Lovely and clean and a good size room. Good hoste communication.

The room was a really good size with a big shower and bathroom. A good size kitchenette and a lovely continental breakfast for the morning. The location was in a good position very central with a pay and display car park very close. Would definitely stay again.

I found the hallway had an unusual smell but luckily not the room. For me the bed was too hard so did not get a good sleep. Also there was some kind of delivery at 2 in the morning with lots of noise as things were being off loaded. Which was just bad luck.

Cosy, comfortable, clean studio at a great price in a great location in the heart of Rutland.

Great location, great price, lovely studio room with kitchenette area with breakfast bar and a comfy seating area too. Small but perfectly formed. Loved the convenience of street entry via door code then once inside collecting keys from the key box. No having to get dressed for breakfast as a continental breakfast was waiting in the room - juice, milk, yoghurt in the fridge, tea & coffee, cereals and pastries on the breakfast bar. Plenty of plates, glasses, tea towels etc, and plenty of toiletries and fluffy towels in the shower room. Free overnight parking outside, and paid day parking a few steps away, lots of helpful info given by friendly manager Alison. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay especially as an apartment with mini kitchen with breakfast. Excellent location.

.Great apartment, nicely designed and well appointed with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Location right in the centre of Oakham so very central to all local amenities. Most accommodating owner. Would be very happy to stay there again and can completely recommend.

Great apartment but still room for improvement

The style of the apartment, the bathroom and room were clean. Location was great.

No parking - When we booked, it said the place had parking. So, unfortunately we had to pay at a pay and display car park. Milk and orange juice were in a unsealed glass bottle - would have preferred (even if a smal bottle) a sealed bottle of milk and orange juice. No water bottles provided.

Enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Spacious rooms. Nicely finished. For self catering it was a bonus to have breakfast left for us. Central location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and parking.

There was no view from the window, but we knew this before we booked and it was a clean and tidy courtyard access. Currently there is scaffolding on the opposite building which will obviously be better once gone. To be honest nothing really to complain about.

A warm, welcoming, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location...a must.

The location of this property is excellent. The room is comfortable, warm and lovely and clean. Because I have stayed here before, I was happy to come back knowing that the standard of accommodation was so high.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Rooms at No6...
