The owner Murray comes out to greet you, and introduces you to the lodge. Extremely hospitable and even provided us with breakfast! One in a million kind of experience. The rooms are also clean, with comfy beds and facilities. It’s close by the hot springs so very strategic for travelers. Thank you!
Nothing. The weather is just unpredictable at times with lots of flies flying around. Totally out of their control, still enjoyed the place 100%

Breakfast was great nice fresh bread plus good choice of cereals and spreads.
Location is quiet and peaceful.
Liked being greeted by two beautiful Collie dogs.
Our stay was too short. Will stay longer next time.
One very minor item - the kitchen tap drips if not turned off tightly, may need a new washer.

The Fingal farm is a beautiful, cozy place surrounded by nature. We stayed there for one night and fully enjoyed our stay, so much so that we asked to stay an hour longer, which was no problem for the host. Everything was clean, as shown in the photos. Thanks for hosting us!

It was a very peaceful location in a very quiet rural setting. Hosts stocked up the unit with fresh bread, milk and juice daily. Close to beaches on the south of the peninsula.

Thank you for letting my friend and I stay at your lovely cottage. As soon as I arrived I felt so relaxed and welcomed. The scenery is gorgeous to have a walk around or sit down and relax. Hills of green grass, trees and cute little play houses if you bring your kids. The owners dogs are such cuties and sat with me until my friend arrived. Made my day! The free breakfast is such a blessing. Fresh baked bread, butter, jams, cereal, milk and fresh orange juice, coffee and tea! Absolutely delicious. I had the best sleep too, for a tall person the bed felt spacious and I haven't slept that well in a long time, listening to the sound of the wind through the trees, was so peaceful. It was the ultimate wellness weekend I needed. 10mins away from the hotsprings and close to a Brewery and milk bar, cafes etc. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I will definitley be coming back and encourage others to visit too! Oh, and the outdoor lighting with table and chairs was a delight to sit under and have my breakie in the morning.
That I didn't book longer!

The location close to the hot springs
The bathroom tap was leaking a bit but it didn’t bother us to be honest. The shower could be fixed to allow constant hot water as it intermittently has cold water go through every 30 seconds. Again this didn’t bother us.

Relaxing quiet stay at Fingal Farm. Great location for the cold weather the heating was amazing. The continental breakfast (replenished each day) was a treat.
Thank you.

Location was nice and private and had safe space outside for kids to play and explore. It was not far to a beach. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had bbq and outdoor picnic table. Hosts were great, very hospitable and courteous.
There was no undercover car parking, the main bedroom/kitchen/lounge was a tad bit tiny. It's not bad though if you like to be in close to your family. If you want more open living space, this isn't the cottage for you.

Loved the peaceful location, listening to the birds, and proximity to Peninsula Hot Springs. The cottage was simple, comfortable and had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was good with nice bread and lovely raspberry jam and marmalade - replenished on the second day which really appreciated. I liked the Sukin toiletries provided. We had a very relaxing, pleasant stay and are already talking about a return trip.
There was nothing we didn't like

Wonderful views, tidy, continental breakfast was a nice touch. Heating throughout was divine. Host allowed early check in and late check out!
Beds not very comfortable, a stove would also have been a great feature to this property

Cosy and private cottage. Excellent breakfast selection. Friendly owners.
Driveway a bit bumpy but only a minor issue.

The cute little cottage and beautiful location!

Very friendly welcome from the owners. A beautiful driveway into the farm and a private garden to your own little cottage at the back. Small, basic, but everything we needed for a short stop. They even provided basic amenities like bread milk cereals jams etc which was a very nice touch. Netflix on tv which our daughter loved. They shared a few local recommendations and we were able to catch the sunset at the local beach as a result. Spectacular! Local brewery is a must visit too. Sorry we had to rush off... thanks for the hospitality.
WiFi was in and out.

Breakfast was great and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. The views of the farm from the entry door were quite beautiful and serene. This place is very quiet and relaxing.
