這房子很大,大到會迷路。
住二樓視野很好,住宿環境乾淨又非常安靜,安靜到你會認為整棟只有你在住。
住宅附近有纜車可以做很方便,如果你有Lisbon card

Fantastic view of Lisbon in room and great response about all. Mr. receptionist feel make safe. All things was in there that I want with a huge and comportable room & share space.
Need strong legs to stay.

Emplacement très bien. Chambre spacieuse. Belle terrasse avec vue magnifique. Lit très confortable. Gentillesse des équipes
Salle de bains séparé privative veut dire toilette privative. Pour autant les douches communes sont bien

Beautiful building, great location, amazing staff members
Cleanness in some places - but that's the fate of shared bathrooms...
3.6
Quiet
Nice size room
Interesting old building
Clean
Comfortable bed
Shower was on a different floor
No TV in room
A long way from public transport

Basic, Low Cost and good location
Basic comfort , like no frills here - some Moskito issue in room, needed to sort it out with Citronella

I had the worst experience.
I arrived at 10pm after a very long drive, just wanted to finally have a nice shower and go to sleep.
First, this is the creepiest place I ever been at, super old, everything there were creaking, and there were a lot of stairs and rooms.
Second, when I wanted to take a shower I needed to search all over to find it ,eventually it was two floors down. As I opened the water there was a huge cockroach went from the sewerage!!!!!🪳
I was so shocked and eventually couldn’t take a shower.
Immediately I text the manager in “booking” when it was almost 23pm ,then after crying for like an hour I tried to relax from that worse experience.
At the morning I got a messages from the manager that they can’t cancel my stay and that they think I made it all, plus an excuse that the cockroach was die (it wasn’t but it’s so doesn’t matter if it was or wasn’t!).
I spent there almost 240€ and had to find another place to sleep in.
Do yourself a favour and don’t go there

Nice place in a central location, staff is very helpful and friendly
All good :)

Yes
It was great

Very nice and welcoming attitude of the owner, very nice cleaning staff. Loved my room, airy, tidy and just what I needed. Lovely to get a bathrobe since showers are located on ground floor. Lovely view. Nice, solid, warmhearted portuguese atmosphere.
There was no sign outside with a name of the place, struggled to find it.

Good location, walkable distance to the busy area of the city center. The manager is very communicative, replies very fast and is helpful. I was able to check-in early thanks to her. One night when mosquitos were relentless, she asked the cleaning ladies to send me a mosquito spray the next day. Common areas are luminous, have cute decorations, and include a meeting room with a window of the city view. The room (ground floor) has a cozy temperature despite being in the summer.
Might be a general disadvantage of summer. There are many mosquitos around and can bug you day and night. Even if you only open the window in the morning, they can still bother your sleep. I suggest asking the manager for help or using the electronic mosquito repellent. The later is smellless and very effective.

Accessibility to the metro station

My room with small, but it was very clean and the view was fantastic.
There was no staff, and the only showers were two flights down. I could hear and feel each person when they walked past my room and the doors bang loudly.
3.6
The building, its location, the spacious room and the relaxed atmosphere.
I would change from moquette to wood or similar
3.6
It was a great place to stay for a few days. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to most of Lisbon attractions. You have to walk uphill to get to the place, but that's true for most places because of Lisbon`s layout.

great atmosphere, beautiful views
difficult for the disabled
3.6
Location great, staff great, room big, other facilities good.
Quite noisy from outside, but at 10pm becomes silent.
3.6
It is a very very nice looking building from the outside and the entry and main areas are very very nice
It brought you back in time to an era where things were more simple. It was thoroughly a nice building
Obviously since it's a hostel, we could expect cheaper furniture. But I feel that Palacio de SantAnna could do very well as a finer establishment with some investment. New carpeting (i recommend a deep blue) in some of the main areas, and nicer furniture in some of the rooms could make paying more for the place worth it.
The first few moments in the hotel were rather disappointing mostly because of the carpeting but otherwise it was a very nice place in a good location..
3.6
The hotel gives you exactly what you paid for - a room with a view and a balcony. It's worth the money if you live a long time.
Great location, in the centre, close to three metro stations.
There are all kinds of restaurants and cafes around.
Great internet connection. I never had a queue for the toilet or shower, in general very rare to see other residents, only by chance.
Pretty clean - toilets and showers are cleaned daily. The linens in the room are changed once a week.
You have to keep in mind that there is no elevator in the building. But there are a lot of rooms on the ground floor.
Also, there is no heating in the rooms, but for Portugal this is usual.
3.6
I paid too much for what it was. Small room, with minimum amenities, the room and shared spaces were old and dirty. Every door handle and counter top feels sticky. And the room door did not block any noise. The entrance door slams loud, so expect little to no sleep when you have a room in the front.
3.6
Amazing views
Showers all on the first floor
Room wasn't ready
Intrusive staff
Neighbors somehow locked out of room before arriving so staff needed to come through mine to get in
Intrusive manager, probably meant well

Bathrooms and showers were quite clean and the building is beautiful. The room was as described and all pictures are matching reality. There is plenty of space in the kitchen(s) and fridge(s) for your stuff. There is a washing machine that can be used for free, space for hanging clothes, and essential food/ingredients were available.
The building is not in a great condition and cheaply renovated, in fact many details seem to be left unfinished.
Walls are very thin and every step in the hall would shake our bedroom.
On a 2D map it seems very well located, but careful.... It's at the top of quite a steep hill (from Rossio) and some of the streets nearby are dirty and in poor condition.
3.6
The location was great and Maria was very friendly & polite and had suggestions as to where to go. Also - the room was massive space-wise.
The bathrooms were 2 floors down from our floor, so it was a bit of a treck in the mornings.
3.6
Friendly and considerate staff. Very comfortable bed. Great room with fantastic views over Lisbon. Convenient to hospital and funicular.
Kitchen cupboard on 2nd floor needed maintenance and the kitchen a good clean with bleach.

A very interesting place with charm.

I don't do many of these reviews but I really liked my stay here. It's is way up above Rossio & Restaraudores metro stations, but was so peaceful because of that. Spotlessly clean, characterful building, good facilities, admittedly shared, but if you are OK with that it is fine. "Office" room useful, good wifi in there. Communications with Maria the owner re arrival etc are superb. The terrace upstairs is a nice spot for staring out at the view, as are the Jardim de Torel five mins walk away. If you go there you'll find the ridiculously steep tram down to Restauaradores. I would deffo stay again. The coffee in the little shop just down the hill in to town is 👌
That I coudn't stay longer !
3.6
The dining room seemed pretty, though I only walked through it to reach the shower area. A bathrobe was provided along with the towels.
The rooms are renovated very cheaply. The fluorescent lights made a lot of noise, and there was only a tiny attic window in my room. The bed squeaked if I moved and the mattress fell off when I leaned to pick up something from the floor. Toilet paper cannot be flushed, it must be placed in the bin provided — but the foot pedals didn’t work, meaning we have to lift the lid with our hands.
3.6
The staff is nice and helpful. Great tarace with panoramic views. Good Wifi and working space for digital nomands.
The whole place needs some renovations to use it's full potential. It has a charm and atmosphere but it looks a bit rusty.
3.6
the view from room was great, the place was silent, great check-in and check-out
You have to go the the ground floor for showers, but the toilets and a small kitchen are available in the second floor, too.
3.6
The room was spacious, airy and very comfortable. We enjoyed having access to the kitchen! The staff were friendly and so were the other guests.
3.6
I had a delayed flight and couldn’t find a hotel but there was a room available at Santa Anna. I happy they were able to get this sorted for me late in the day. I was pleasantly surprised to find a room with towels and robe for using the shared showers. Also, the room was spacious and had two French doors to a balcony and with a beautify evening and morning view (pics).
3.6
Great location, old charming building much in wood.
Every room are probably different.
Sharing facilities wc, shower and kitchen was easy to use even that they is on a different level.
Only one small window up on the roof.
Uncomfortably narrow bed that was of two madresses up on each other which always slided apart, but every rooms seems to be different.

This is a hostel not a hotel..they are deceiving us
