Ein schönes langes Wochenende in Lissabon. Ich möchte gerne wiederkommen (auch in die Unterkunft)

Sehr gute Lage; Luis, der Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großen Räumen; wegen der ungewöhnlichen Kälte ein funktionierendes tragbares Heizgerät für jeden Raum. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Hat mit der Unterkunft als solches nichts zu tun: sie liegt in einer sehr schmalen, sehr steilen Gasse mit unebenem Kopfsteinpflaster (für Lissabon aber nicht ungewöhnlich), eine schmale Treppe hoch. Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder großem Gepäck könnten ein Problem haben.

Great apartment in a wonderful city

The property is in a quiet residential street but close to all amienities and only a relatively short walk from the city centre.

There was a problem with a stuck window, but Luis the host addressed the problem promptly.

Best ever!

The location. Very close to Avenida Liberdade beautiful avenue with upscale shops and restaurants Daily walk on the Avenida, north to Edward 7th park or south to the river bank via Rossio. The Metro and bus stations are just a short walk away. What I like the most is Luis' readiness to help the few times I needed it. He is a caring and considerate gentleman and meeting him was a highlight.

The flat is on a fairly steep road. Its 120 steps to the front door, I am a septugenarian . The first week of the walk I had to stop to catch my breath. By the second week it was smooth sailing..

Excellent stay in the centre of Lisbon

The apartment is very well located - on a quiet street close to metro and walking distance to all main Lisbon landmarks. The apartment is big and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equiped and contains everything needed. The bathroom is clean and modern. The apartment host is outstanding, he is very nice and supportive. It was very easy to communicate to him before arrival, then he met us to give the keys and also helped during departure. The following has some Lisbon atmosphere and was not a problem for us but note that the street is quite narrow and steep, taxi can't drive you to the door. Carrying our 3 suitecases to the place took a few drops of sweat. Also, the staircase is quite narrow and steep.

Shower head might benefit from fixing, so it would not spill water in all directions.

Wonderful family vacation

The apartment is perfect for a family of 3-4. It is well equiped and location is fantastic. Luis, our host, gave us great advice on places to visit and restaurants. He definitely made us feel at home. Thanks a lot Luis, very much appreciated.

The apartment is located on a big slope which can be challenging for day to day tasks such as groceries shopping.

great location, well equipped apartment, very cosy. The owner was very nice and helpful.

the stairs in the building are very narrow so it was a bit tricky to get to the apartment with big luggage but we managed, you have to be prepared for that when renting in old typical buildings (makes part of their charm)

Excellent apartment, amazing host.

-location - Luis is a superb host, always approachable. -the facilities in the apartment are quite good. -there was cooking oil, salt and basic stuff in the kitchen which was very kind. - Luis made us try some of his cooking. -the size of the apartment is good for long stays. -shampoo and shower gel provided are of good quality.

Nothing as such, the factors that are not in control of the host are: -the bad smell as you go up to the apartment, at night it got too much. smells like cat pee. The same floor also has laundry handing in the passage. -the wifi could have been better as there were often no signals in the bedroom. -for longer stays like ours it would have been better to have a washing machine at the apartment. the self service laundry is quite near though.

Great owner, facilities and ubication

Good ubication. The apartment has everything that you need and it was pretty clean. The owner really helpful,approachable, available all the time, he made us feel as at home. If I come back to Lisbon I will book it again.
