wonderful atmosphere! feeling like in an old movie, details are fitted perfectly.. books, lamps, blankets; the place where we definitely would like to back ⚜️
the only thing should be changed is a coffee on breakfast. This exceptional atmosphere needs the quality coffee aroma.

We loved our stay at Anges Gardiens. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a beautiful town house in a small village. Although they had a big fiesta going on in the village we did not hear anything. The hostess was truly wonderful. She was great at communicating with us, went out of her way to make us comfortable and served us the most delicious breakfast in an open courtyard. Gorgeous. I recomment whole heartedly. We will be going back when we next pass by.
We loved everything.

Beautiful historic home with spacious room and a good breakfast. Hostess accommodated our early morning departure with an early breakfast.

Very lovely old building (13th to 15th century) in maze of narrow streets. Beautiful courtyard to eat breakfast. Room was large, pretty and full of character with good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Very attractive old town. Very good value for price.
Bidet drainage didn’t work. Difficult to lock our bedroom door from inside. I prefer en suite (but the private bathroom was right next to room and had lovely big bath).

Marie is good host. She accompanied us to the parking spot. In the morning she served French breakfast.

room was tiny. staircase was dangerous.

This place really has character. Anges Gardiens is a nice place in summer time, that is for sure, but in rainy and cold November everything is different The house is a gem with many beautiful details. It is a very interesting house with antique decorations . We really liked it. And we appreciate that the lady of the house has energy and hospitality to welcome guests.
The floor is cracking and cold - like in all old houses like this. We just did not realize the age of the house when booked. Bath room was just about. On the other hand old houses should be reserved the way they are. That is the dilemma. In summer we would return

Not enough room to explain what I did like.
I could write a book about that topic.
Best is you visit and find out for yourself.
I can't even get one sentence together to explain what I didn't like.

Charming and beautyfully decorated old building. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding! Free parking in the whole town.
Would definitely return at any time again. Greatly recommended!
