Gute Unterkunft sehr nahe zur Innenstadt alles gut erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder

Die Nähe zur Stadt ist super!! Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Bad war gut und sauber. Mitarbeiter von der Unterkunft waren jederzeit erreichbar.

Das Einfache Doppelzimmer war schon recht klein. Empfehle in jedem Fall ein Upgrade!!!

Lokalizacja idealna Bezproblemowy kontakt i odbiór kluczy

Mały minusik za łazienkę ( wanna wymaga doczyszczenia , nie przyjemny zapach z kanalizacji ) Ale po za tym wszytko ok.

Przyjemne miejsce w świetnej lokalizacji, mimo drobnych niedogodnień polecam.

Lokalizacja i wielkość apartamentu. Sypialnie i łazienka w porządku. Przyjemny wystrój.

Brakowało baterii w pilotach do tv i klimatyzacji, klimatyzacja nie działała. Nie wszystko było widoczne na zdjęciach, np. zniszczony stół, sztuczne kwiaty pełne kurzu.

Polecam! Ciche, przestronne apartamenty. Wszystko co potrzebne znajduje się na miejscu :)

można by było zwrócić uwagę na większą czystość, ponieważ po odsunięciu kanapy znalazłam śmieci

Месторасположение

1. Номер не соответствует описанию. Все старое , поломанное. 2. Холодно, батареи почти не греют. Есть обогреватели, но они не справлялись. Особенно в ванной. В ней нет ни одной розетки + окно в потолке и плитка на полу. 3. Номер на 5 человек, но в гостиной кроме одного продавленного дивана и одного стула сесть негде. Нет возможности комфортно собраться всем вместе. 4. Одна спальня вообще без окон. 5. Канализация в душевой кабине была забита. 6. Душевая кабина поломанная. Двери закрываются образуя огромную щель, через которую вода попадает на пол. 7. Полотенца для ног дали одно на 5 человек. Останавливались на три ночи. 8. Убирать в номере отказались, даже мусор не понятно куда девать, если в ведре уже нет места. 9. Кровати все с продавленными пружинными матрацами. Спать не комфортно 10. Очень шумно в тихие часы. 11. В отеле идёт ремонт. Значительную часть времени работал перфоратор. 12. Недостаточное освещение. Половина лампочек не работает. 13. В одной из комнат из мебели - только две кровати и одна крошечная тумбочка: вещи сложить некуда. Предварительно на фото был стул, прикроватные коврики, гардины - нет ничего. 14. Из принадлежностей для ванные - туалетная бумага и немного жидкого мыла. Одноразовых наборов, как были на фото - нет. 15. На кухне недостаточно розеток. Необходимо переключать чайник/ микроволновку/ електроплину при использовании. 16. В рабочее время администратора на месте не смогли поймать за все три дня проживания. Удалось на второй день дозвониться - менять номер или хотя бы починить канализацию и дать полотенца отказался. На счёт текущего ремонта - просто извинился..

Spacious apartment convenient to the main sights of Wroclaw.

The location of the apartment (Apt. 24) was great, very convenient to everything in Wroclaw. The apartment was spacious and it was very nice to have two large bathrooms.

The furniture and some of the fixtures were not in the greatest shape, but overall, it was a good stay. It would have been nice to have two keys.

Nice ans spacious apartment near the Markt Place

Nice and spacious apartment in the city center. Nice place, in no time you are in the Markt place. All facilities are there if needed, also few restaurants on the background floor of the building.

You can hear the neighbours very good, so if you are unlucky with the noisy neighbours - it will be disaster holidays.

Great location, apartment a bit run down in places.

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to the main square. Above a really lovely Italian restaurant too.

The beds were really uncomfortable very hard and squeaked every time you moved. 1 bedroom had no window so was really hot. A shower screen in one of the bathrooms was off its hinges so it didn't close properly. Lots of damage around the apartment like holes in doors and walls. The main door felt very insecure but it did lock. Never met a single member of staff so can't comment on service.

Location and space was great

Very old and needed updating, mattresses very thin, beds creaking, something tapping on the balcony roof continuously, shower didn’t drain properly, shame because it had really good potential

Cute gem in the making

Great location. Interesting set of attached and connected buildings. It will be great when the restaurant and gelati places on the main floor have more fun options connecting them.

The hallway was really loud and every noise carried. Otherwise just small inconveniences like needing to stand on the bed to open the windows and very limited front desk and information times.

Exceptional

We loved our stay at these apartments. The apartment was clean, large, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic! Just a block off the main square. There are tons of restaurants near by. We ate at the Thai restaurant right across the street and it was delicious. The first floor of this building has restaurants, bars, and an ice cream shop, so you don't even have to leave the building if your hungry. We wish our stay was longer and we will definitely stay here again.

amazing location and great price. the rooms were spacious and clean

next room over had unattended teens that didn't speak polish or english and kept harassing our group by banging on our doors and walls. not the fault of the administration but i wish there was someone there at night to settle this issue

STAY AWAY from these apartments

The location is perfect, with the rynek just around the corner.

1. An enormous building, but most of it under construction. Wires coming out of the ceiling, construction gear everywhere, no lights 2. There is curfew is in place from 22:00 till 6:00 (!?) 3. Really offensive and threatened us to call the police and withhold our 1000 pzl deposit, because we would have been too loud 4. Sheets dirty, with hairs and dirty spots, our sons slept on top of them in their clothes 5. The “living room”; all furniture was completely worn down 6. The kitchen; all cupboards are worn down and damaged 7. One sleeping couch was broken; this was fixed with some wooden blocks kept together with duct tape The pictures on booking.com do not match reality. The apartments are way below normal standards.

amazing apartment in the centre of Wrocław!

the apartment was huge and a very short walk to the main square. it had everything we needed and more and I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great

Room smelt awful, was cold with no heating, tv didn't work properly, furniture was assembled poorly and flimsy, staff ignored us.. worst hotel stay I've had in a decade. Will never return here again.. bedding was old and quite 'soggy'.. also, kitchen table barely fit 2 people (we booked a room for 5). Oh, and bathroom fixtures were mismatched and poorly functioning and the shower seemed to give out the smallest jet that only worked if you stood next to the wall.. we would have just rebooked elsewhere, had we not travelled 300km that day.. and the staff promised to 'be there in 10 mins', which turned out to be 50 minutes ( and they still didn't solve our problem). Eventually they gave 2 small portable radiators for all of us, so we had to huddle in 2 rooms and not use the rest...... what a horrible horrible time
