The host was friendly. The bed in the main bedroom was big and not too soft. The view was nice. And the facilities were generally fine.
One may need to bring salt and oil to cook something or borrow them from the host as an exception.

Awesome restaurant (O Sobreiro) within walking distance
Own jetty that you can use for a quick swim
Very friendly hosts
Some of the pots/pans were a bit aged, kitchen appliances a bit as well, but nothing much

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. And the biggest plus was ofcourse the big terrace with the wonderfull view of the water, bridge and hills. The wifi worked very well and the car is parked next to your house behind a private gate. You can swim from your own platform. The owner is kind. Restaurants and boat rental nearby. Also Geres for walking.

The location is excellent. Beautiful views over the water. Very comfortable beds. Good showers and plenty of hot water. Very clean and the lady who welcomed us on behalf of the owner was very friendly. Rio Caldo is a good base to explore the Geres region. There is a very well stocked small supermarket a few minutes walk from the house. Easy access to restaurants and cafes, altho by the end of September, there is a sense of end of season with many places already closed mid week.
The kitchen. We were disappointed to find that the oven did not work (the hob did) and the fridge freezer also had problems. This might not be a problem for others, but we rented a house so that we could cook in the evenings. The kitchen needs updating. With new appliances and new cutlery, glasses and crockery, this would be an excellent house.

The apartman is in a great, quiet location. The view is amazing! A small grocery shop and restaurants are nearby. Our host Augusto was very kind, thank you!
We only missed a pair of bed lamps for reading.

Very nice host excellent location very near park access. We did not have enough time but if we can we will return.
The owner was a little late with the key which made us worried.
