Great staff, good location and excellent breakfast. Despite proximity of busy roads, room in the coach hose annex (number 9) was quite quiet.
Room and especially the bathroom, were not entirely clean. Decor is tired.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Queen’s Head in Kingston, and I must say it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Nestled in a charming part of KT2 5HA, this gem offers the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and culinary delight.
4.3
Friendly, helpful staff
Great breakfast
Comfy beds
Lots of character
Convenient location
Lovely pub with a nice beer garden
On-site parking
It was a bit noisy in the evening but that’s to be expected above a pub on a main road. Slightly limited storage space in our room.
4.3
The decor was William Morris fabric and expensive quality furnishings, the room was big and airy and the bathroom had lovely lotions and potions.
Nothing could have been better

It was a pleasure staying there the first time that we had to come back. The place does not disappoint. Great room with character with comfy bed, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Parking was a bit small, but you only need to reserve a spot ahead of time, no problem.
4.3
the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating! I had to leave early and when I let the staff know I’d be leaving before breakfast they said they’d leave me a pack up at my door to take with me in the morning!
4.3
excellent breakfast helpful staff.
The windows are single glazed, traffic noise is bad, and the difference between the windows being open or shut is negligible. should double glaze them. (rooms 7 to 10 are much better at the back)
The people in the room next to ours on the final evening were so loud in and out their rooms till 4am slamming doors so no one could get any sleep

Reception was ideal, parked the car and had a lovely day in Kingston, came back later had a night-cap and slept like a log, an early morning walk along the river and back for a superb Breakfast!
The bathroom/wet room had issues with the mirror/shelf.
4.3
Good selection

Everything was spot on. Breakfast fantastic. Rooms perfect. Staff lovely.
4.3
Great situation and beautiful building.
Found GLASS in my breakfast. Didn’t even get offered a refund for my breakfast. Just told it wasn’t possible as they use sealed food.
Woken up at 6am with them emptying bottles bin next to our accommodation. complete disregard for sleeping customers. Road noise very bad too in the outdoor annex rooms.
4.3
Lovely and big rooms, with full commodities. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast was well and freshly made. The rooms and windows are well isolated, and it is within walking distance from Kingston station, and it has a bus stop with direct connection to Richmond station
Nothing to say, price/quality is about right for London's standards
4.3
nice room, great service and the staff were excellent
nothing

Location is great, only 10 or so minutes away from the centre. Our room was beautiful, it had the biggest and most comfy bed which meant we slept so well. Highlight of our stay was the breakfast, it’s definitely one of the best we’ve ever had. Couldn’t have asked for much more!
4.3
that the owner stayed up late for us and to welcome us!
4.3
nice pub, lively, food was good, nice touch with complimentary mini bar and good selection of tea and coffees in room.
felt the room was a little tired, looked nice on first glance but needed a refresh, bathroom definitely did.
4.3
Quirky pub with lovely facilities. Great food and nice decor.
4.3
Lovely Victorian building with many features retained and it has been redecorated with very good taste. The staff was so nice and helpful, lovely breakfast and dinner, our drinks were very nice too. All good really, but especially the lovely staff. Well done to the managers.
Nothing really
4.3
fantastic stay - decadent style rooms, comfy relaxed and undoubtedly great value
nothing.
4.3
convenient to our visit to relatives
only comment was the bedroom was too hot
4.3
Friendly staff. Room was excellent. Location good.
Air conditioning needs a bit of an upgrade (or filter cleaning). It was a bit weak. But this was in 30+ degree July, so a non-issue in any other month.
4.3
Breakfast
Rooms were in need of upgrade and were tatty.
4.3
nice pub - two of the rooms have air con which on the hottest night of the year was great - spacious room - clean
4.3
The staff were nice but uninformed and unhelpful. The bathroom shower was great
No closet or drawer space. The window that wouldn’t open five or six inches. The noisy road traffic that ran through the night, the poor ventilation, the lack of facecloths. The twin beds stuck together that passed as a double bed.
4.3
Lovely staff at breakfast, good shower
Rear fire exit door still open when I returned at night, felt insecure as this leads to rooms.
4.3
Staff were friendly and accommodating of our requests. Food and drink selections throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were good and of good quality. The room and en suite were sizeable and aesthetically pleasing.
Got hot throughout the night (it was warm summer night) but didn't see an AC in the room and the ventilation from the window wasn't especially cooling.
4.3
stayed here before and really handy for Hampton court.
room was really hot and dirty. No air con and noise from road meant we couldn’t open window. Was bad enough with window shut! Carpet and throw on bed really grubby and noise from other room from midnight till about 3am was frustrating. wasn’t asked when leaving if the the room was ok or for any feedback. won’t stay again.
4.3
The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff were excellent throughout my stay and the food was lovely! Overall exceeded my expectations.
