First impressions were good. When showed around the barn there was a complimentary cake.
Went down well.
Host was friendly and had a very cosy feel of the place.
Views were stunning. Only wish we had booked a longer stay there

Spacious and spotless clean accommodation in a quiet location. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Loved watching the horses play in the nearby fields.

The accommodation is fabulous. All rooms tastefully furnished. Lounge and kitchen very spacious and well equipped. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. Nice touches like vases of fresh flowers in the rooms. The view across the valley is stunning.
There is nothing I didn't like as such, however, I had a small niggle in that there is no where to put anything in the bathroom - no shelf for toiletries, etc. It's a very minor thing and wouldn't stop me going back again and most certainly does not affect my overall rating of this lovely place.

Location and views superb, host(s) fantastic. Value for money.

We loved the sprawling nature all around the house and the huge sitting area in the house! Jonathan and Nicky were extremely kind to hand over the keys at 11 PM! And, we are certainly returning!

Superb rural location. Very well equipped accommodation. 10 minute drive to local amenities in the pleasant town of Welshpool. Well located to visit nearby attractions. Secure accommodation with electronic gated entry (easy to operate).
Convenience store nearby. Pleasant and helpful hosts.

This was a last minute booking due to exceptional circumstances and the owners were so accommodating and helpful. The property was perfectly placed for our circumstances as we needed to travel 8 miles each day to a property.

Very clean and spacious for two people. Loved the coffee machine. It matters to have good coffee! Loved the patio area and the amazing view. Really felt relaxed and calm staying there. Very good value for money! Owners were friendly, helpful, and thoughtful, welcoming us with milk in the fridge and cake! To top it all the weather was amazing!
Discovered worker bees in the living room window shuts, which was a little unerving but fascinating. I realised that this is the countryside and bees are all part of this life!

The views & the accommodation as a whole was very nice and well appointed - nothing not to dislike.
Not having long enough to time to extend our stay 😀

View from the property and rural location. Very quiet and private.
The access drive to the property needs attention as there are some large pot holes and loose surfaces.

Excellent choice: location, surroundings, cleanliness and superb hosts. Totally recommend it
the only improvement needed is to change the mattress, which was too soft (can also depend on personal preferences)

Location was excellent, a pleasure to sit out in the evenings.
Strangely ... it gets fairly hot inside in good weather, maybe a lighter ToG duvet for the bed ?
