Lovely surroundings and the property is full of character. The hosts are exceptionally helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

The place was nice, clean and big enough for the five of us. (six people would have been fine).
There are two low beams that might bother you if you’re big. Furthermore, the shower drain is not at the bottom of the shower, which causes the water to stay.

Nice, cozy, warm, clean, well equipped, nice and responsive hosts. Close to hamoir where many nice excursion routes start. Have had a great time there.

We used this gite as our base for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. It's an old house or barn tastefully expanded and converted into a holiday home. The host was nice and friendly, the house was impeccably clean and well-equipped, the fittings were very good quality, the kitchen extension roomy and well-lit. The plot is not big, but there was a table outside with a parasol, and deck chairs, and just enough room to play badminton, which we did a lot. The general area is amazing. I had no idea what to expect from the Belgian Ardennes, but everything (the nature, the architectural styles, the historical monuments, the train infrastructure) was truly excellent. Would love to revisit.
For architectural reasons, privacy was sometimes a bit of an issue (one ensuite bathroom has a door that doesn't quite block the doorway and a little window, that you can sort of peek into from the kitchen), so it's probably best for families or close friends, but we were there with acquaintances who are not very close friends and it still worked just fine.
