ideal para una pareja que busca vida nocturna

cerca de todo el centro historico,el anfitrión nos dejó extender el chekout una horas .

Good experience.

Apartment is well equiped. Location is great. It has AC, which is definitely needed in the summer. Communication with host was quick. Overall good experience.

There is trash from the restaurant in the yard beneath the window, but that is not the host's fault.

Good location in old town very close to sea front within walking distance of all land marks

Very clean and spacious

Nothing about the apartment but experienced some noise from the nearby bar at night time until 1 am

Great! Everything I could have wanted from an accomodation!

Awesome stay! It was very clean, central, the host waited for us with the map of Zadar on table :) everything was perfect at this location! I highly reccomend it!

Comfortable apartment in central location

The apartment is very nice, comfy and clean. Everything we needed to be make ourselves at home was available. It has air conditioning and an adequately equipped kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, has roller shutters so it could be made very dark. Very central location.

A couple of evenings the noise and music from the nearby bar was very loud and we could hear it even with closed windows. It did stop around midnight it was still ok.

The flat is pleasant and clean. The location is great.

The flat is in a block of flats and very close to other buildings. The views are obstructed.

Very good

Wonderful host wonderful little apartment but unfortunately night club downstairs is very nosy after 9:30 pm. The host family were fabulous, picked me up at bus station and provided me with plum brandy ând wine from their farm.

Bàr Rio downstairs is too noisy and horrible on Friday and Saturday night. I was here in November with windows closed and the street seating not in use, good luck if you are here in the summer.

Amazing, Comfortable and Squeaky Clean!

Little Cozy was in a perfect location. 1 minute to the sea and 1 minute to the Central Square! It is very close to the bars! The host had thought of absolutely everything inside the apartment, there was everything you could possibly need. Primarily it was spotlessly clean and everything like brand new.

Everything was amazing! It is right next to bars with loud music but this didn’t bother us after a long day around Zadar

I throughly enjoyed my stay in Zadar everything easy access.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need and was indeed very cosy, with the seperate rooms. There were English channels on TV and wifi good. Being alone, I felt very safe there. It was in the heart of the bustling Old Town, the best place to be with the resturants,shops and historical attractions The owner collected me from the airport and his niece was lovely showing me where everything was and where to book boat trips etc.

Truly excellent location if you want to be in the old town and very near the sea at the same time. The apartment is small, but perfectly comfortable for a short stay if you are a couple or a family with a small child (we were with a toddler). It was very clean and you can see that it was renovated with care.

As the other reviews mention, there is noise from the nearby bar(s) that's heard even with the windows closed (we were there at the beginning of September), so it's not the best option for light sleepers or children who really need quiet to fall asleep.

Excellent location of the property. In the old city centre, easy to be reached by any transportation and close by to all restaurants around, to the attractions to visit and also to the sea front.

A little bit noisy if the windows were open, but otherwise fine.

DO NOT STAY HERE ON THE WEEKEND. it was so incredibly loud with two late night bars right under the building. do not stay here if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest

Great small apartment right besides the city centre and the seaside promenade.

Loved the proximity both to the old city centre and the sea side promenade. The apartment was cosy, clean and very well equipped. The owner was very welcoming and communication was excellent.

Being so close to the bars, it can get quite loud during the evening and at night. Luckily the bedroom is on the opposite side from where the noise is coming, so having the living room window and the bedroom door closed, it is manageable.

Really nice !

The apartment was really cozy and clean. The location was very good for us because we were very close to everywhere. Parking was a bit more difficult but the owner kept us a place so we didn't have to pay. I recommend to anyone who wants to go through the sights of Zadar or walk on the pier in the evening, which is 10 seconds from the accommodation. We enjoyed it!

Spacious and new apartment in old town

Spacious and perfectly clean apartment in the heart of Zadar. Everything can easily reached by foot and the location close to the sea is very nice. The communication and check-in was very easy and friendly. Highly recommendable place to stay while in Zadar!
