Calm and serene. Beautiful except for the baboons that came to do their rounds ofcourse.

We did not receive all the forms required for passing through the security gates and had to connect with the hostess. This caused us stand in front of the main gates for almost 30min just to complete the form that was required for us to enter the premises.

This beautiful home could not be situated better. I dont think any of the surrounding houses have a better veiw! The house was well thought out, the spaces are open and uncluttered, the rooms and bathroom arrangements are perfect. There is a feel of absolute freedom because there is no boundry between You and the veiw and the golf course is literally metres away. Quite and relaxing with no disturbance. The home owner makes guests feel so welcome by not bombarding guests with rules and notes and instructions, it genuinely feels like visiting a family members home. This is a home we would recommend to anyone and it is a home we can only wish of visiting again. Thank You!

Beautiful place with wonderful views.

No cleaning service included. It was a big property and would be nice to have daily service included even if we had to pay more upfront within the booking. Beautiful property but we could not go outside due to the baboons. One morning they were trying to break in.

Beautiful place, would stay again once the construction next door is done.

The location was amazing, the house is large and very comfortably accomodated 8 adults. Well appointed, stunning views! Lots of outdoor seating, lovely pool.

We found out a day or two before check-in that there was construction going on next door. We were offered a refund but at that stage it was far too late to make alternative arrangements for our party of people. It was very noisy all day long, every day (as you could expect from a construction site). It's a shame because it was a lovely place to stay besides that. I think it would be helpful to have fans/aircon in the bedrooms too. we couldn't leave windows open because the baboons were very active, and a window in the main bedroom (as well as a door) was corroded closed. There is a bit of maintenance that needs to be done on the walls, a few lights didn't work but nothing major

Mesmerizing View to die for!

The place has a mesmerizing view to die for, it's worth being there with family and we had a very good time. The interiors are perfectly done. Everthing was just PERFECT! MUST VISIT! Apart from that we also had a funny incident we baboons , but nothing went wrong.

The owner of the house was so friendly and always available whenever i needed her. She made sure that she caters us and accomodate our special requests without any hesitation. The area the house is located , there is so much peace with a view i wouldn't mind waking up to daily. Keep u the good work Hippo

5 Star home with breathtaking views

The entire home all round, the warmth of every room and the fact that it felt like home away from home. Everything we needed and more we had in the house, from kitchen utensils which made it easier for us to make our own food, to cleaning things everything was top of the range.

Nothing honestly that I can fault about the property.

Super house in a spectacular location with panoramic views……

We loved our holiday here…..the photos are very accurate, and the owner and her property manager were immediately responsive to a couple of minor issues. We did get woken up at 645am one morning by baboons trying to break in to the master bedroom balcony, but we fortunately had our balcony doors locked, as we are familiar with this local issue. Quite entertaining to watch them ambling over the golf course being chased by Security! There is no Welcome Pack provided so you need to stock up at the supermarket before arriving, which was fine for us as we intended to do bbqs and home cooking all week, so we already had half a supermarket with us:-). The house is extremely spacious with breathtaking views, and we can’t wait to return next year!

Wifi only worked well near the router, but it’s in a comfy TV room, so easy to sit there and catch up, we needed to keep on top of work emails, and the wifi didn’t work in the master bedroom at all, or outside. First world problems though:-), and once you are in the TV room the signal was excellent.

The house is beautiful, spacious enough and very practical. I loved the pool and the view is just amazing. I loved watching the sunrise.

Only the main bedroom is superb, the rest were abit disappointing. It would be nice to have full pics of all the bedrooms so that we will know what to expect before we get there.

Monkey came into the property whilst we were out so very important to keep doors and windows locked. However, host was really amazing in assisting deal with the situation and not much damage done in the end. House can get cold in winter but fireplace helped.

17th Hole Wonder

The location and views were amazing. So close to the 17th green, I even passed by the house for a refreshment while playing.

We thought all rooms were en suite as it said it had 4 bed & baths. But only found 3 baths and a toilet.

WIFI only accessible in one room Garage door motor wasn't working on one of the garage doors Cleanup, linen and toiletries top up have to be additionally arranged. No privacy in main bathroom when showering. Main bedroom bed tips over when sitting on edge [ bottom ] of bed. Wi-Fi access is limited in the house. DSTV wasn't working No Microwave
