Great appartment

Great location, good renovation, it felt like a real home. Masterbed was excellent.

Prior instructions on the 24 hour parking for 15 EUR would have been helpful.

Nice Apartment, Just Not for Us.

The apartment is unique and spacious. The host gave clear instructions as to how to collect the key upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had historic elements to its decor. The apartment was clean. The location was right in Old Town Rovinj, and the streets were quieter than we anticipated.

Although the streets were quiet, we could clearly hear the neighbouring guests when they returned to their room at 2am as well as the snoring that quickly ensued. The stairwell was not well lit, and thankfully someone else in the building turned the light on for us at one point. The shower is basically unusable (unless you kneel down to get under it).

Beautifull apartment in old Town centre

Location within in the old town. Well equipped spacious unit. Paid public parking close by within 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Well communicated prior arrival to get access to unit. Enjoyed our stay and can recommend.

All in all, great place for a great price!

I really like that you are not bound by time because it's self check-in, it's also convenient if you are introverted and don't like to meet people. The apartment is in a great location, everything is close by! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The internet worked fine as well. The kitchen has also everything you need. We were able to make a nice breakfast there.

It was a little hard to find the place, even with the instructions the host gave us, but it could have been the fault of our bad sense of directions. Also, note that you have to walk a little bit from the parking lot to get to the apartment. The road is paved with cobblestone, so choose your luggage accordingly.

Apartment is a little hard to find, but the host provided photos in order to find it. Very spacious and clean with beautiful decorations, located in the historical centre of Rovinj.

Charming vintage Apartment

The furniture is really wonderful (if you like Vintage) and the kitchen is really well equipped.

The window in the bedroom can't be really covered, so you automatically will wake up with the sunlight. For people who want to sleep a little bit longer this might be difficult

Great location, helpful and accommodating hosts

Location was fantastic, and the property itself internally was delightful with some really interesting features in/on the walls. We were met by the hosts husband at the address to be given the keys. We stated just the one night. We asked if we could leave luggage in the apartment before we travelled from Rovinj, and that was permitted until they needed to move it out to the landingwhich we agreed could be done. It's safe enough though. Location was nice and quiet at night, and it;s really not far to get anywhere in Rovinj. We'd stay again if we revisit.

It couldn't be helped since it's a traditional building, but you need to be aware it is on the top floor, so three flights of reasonably steep stairs to tackle. That shouldn't be a problem if you are fit.

Unique, amazing place.....

Unique place in the heart of Rovinij. You can sleep in in the middle of Old Town. Apartment was cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped and clean. Huge parking is 5 mins walk.

Very nice apartment to stay

Very cosy apartment with a historical elements in the apartment. A collection of objects picked up out of the Adriatic sea, collected by divers over decades, are stylishly and decoratively walled into the wall. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and renovated bathroom with good water pressure. This apartment is situated directly in the old city, everything is easy to reach and Rovinj is a beautiful small city. For staying a few nights, this is a perfect apartment and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

As this is an authentic old house in the old town, the apartment does not have a spectacular view nor balcony. But we were not missing it. For a longer stay it could be a minor issue. In one bedroom, there is a skylight, this could not be completely darkened. For us was enough.

Authentic place, special athmosphere

The whole apartment is very nice, really the middle of the old town, entry is from a tiny tiny street. Everything was really clean and tidy, towels prepared for us. Thank you for the opportunity and good price per service. Ps. If you arrive by car: 10 minutes walk from parking space :)

Only the bathroom could get a little renovation, and the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but for 1 night it was okay.
