It’s across the road from the rock beach which was ideal for snorkelling …. And walking distance to the train station also, and beachfront restaurants shops etc. best of all though was… The view, the view, the view… and the host was very accommodating too!
It is on the beachfront road and the heavy traffic was constant from 5am onwards…I think the host is aware that a couple of repairs were needing to be done (could not close balcony door and the sink faucet needs replacement and some of the kitchen electrical outlets need replacing and the gas burners also. But… nothing too major).

It was close to the beach. It had beautiful views and it felt like home. Katia welcomed us and gave a quick tour of how things worked. Lovely person.

Перше що помітили - небагато місця для зберігання одягу. Нам це не сильно заважало, бо ми зупинялись на 2 дні, але якщо жити довше, то трохи незручно.
Вікна виходять на центральну вулицю, що має плотний трафік. Пр закритих вікнах не чутно, але нам хотілось спати під шум моря, тож звук авто трохи заважав.

Haben anderes Apartment bekommen als gebucht. Jedenfalls unsere Vermutung. Adresse war auch etwa 150 Meter oder etwas mehr entfernt. Privaten Parkplatz gab es auch keinen, es musste entlang der Straße geparkt werden.
Etwas Schimmel oder ähnliches in manchen Zimmerecken.

Der freundliche Kontakt, die Umsicht des Gastgebers; die Wohnung war für uns geheizt (es ist Februar).
Der ganz wunderbare Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Lage, im Februar wenig touristisch aber lebendig.
Die Wohnung mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

Wifi strong. Air Condition in 2 bedrooms and kitchen were very good. That's it !
Family of 4 in July for supposedly 5 nights but stayed 2 nights! Never met the host although he said he was coming to see us 2 times !
Main reason of big disappointment is NO HOT WATER ! The tank was broken when we arrived and was never told. I told the host that this needs to be repaired, he sent a lady at the 2nd day that came from the beach to try and see what was wrong. It ended up that we wouldn't have hot water during our stay! I refused to take cold showers for 6 days.
The washing machine did not work! I was planning on using it knowing that I booked a place on purpose with a Washing machine because I was travelling for 3 weeks in Italy and packed light !!
The wardrobes are useless since there is no pole to hang your clothes nor shelf. The place needs a LOT of TLC, has a lot of potential. Please put light bulbs where the fixtures are, it's missing a shower door , all the water comes out !
The beds are really uncomfortable and thin mattresses, pillows are hard like a rock ! We didn't sleep .
The place is on the 1st floor with narrow stairs on a MAIN Street ( 1 way) VERY VERY noisy ! WE didn't sleep for the 2 nights , I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there!
Imagine looking for a place to stay in July, busy season not knowing if I was going to get a refund . The host agreed to give me a refund of the days that I didn't stay there. I honestly think that I should have had a Total refund of my 6 days since IT WAS NOT what I paid for. I did get my refund through Bookings the day that I called when I arrived home. Thank you so much Bookings.

The host ( Dario) suggested me to stay in his other place, as if I would! I found a beautiful, brand new apartment and cheaper !

Great location at the beach, very clean and owners communicative. Village is not the best looking, overpriced for what it is.
It’s listed with a car park but unfortunately their car park is 500 m away and hard to locate. We booked this place only because the car park was included but need paying the street parking (if you are lucky to find one!). Place was clean but tired looking.

The view, the proximity to Taormina, the good advices received from Alex, the travel agent
The walls are dirty, in one of the rooms the chandelier on the ceiling does not work and we had to use only two small lamps, which did not light enough at night. I reported this, but it was not fixed during the 8 days. During the 8 days, we were only given a roll of toilet paper, and the bedding was never changed. Even if there is a washing machine in the apartment, you could not wash your bedding, because it would not dry on the same day. The kitchen sink and the bidet were dripping since we arrived. I also announced this and until we were actually flooded from the sink, the owner did not send anyone to do the repair. The two wardrobes in the rooms are also broken, there is a risk that the back will completely fall apart. There are several restaurants nearby, but the offer is limited, and between 2 and 6 pm they are closed, so if you are hungry and want to eat during this interval, you will not have anywhere nearby. It is a lot of noise from the street.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. The sea is across the road. The view is spectacular.
We had crazy weather with stormy seas but the sound of crashing waves was lovely .
10 mins walk from the train station and close to the bus stops and routes.
There are a few restaurants and a bar/bakery and little shops nearby for necessities.
Alex, our welcoming rep was very attentive, having texted me a few days before arrival. Although we were not able to check in early having left our other accommodation in Catania, due to cleaning still required, Alex met us at the flat, welcomed us and allowed us to leave our bags and get changed.
Alex was brilliant telling us all we needed to know about the flat and the local area, even going on to send me recommendations for restaurants in Tarormina. His support and hospitality was excellent.
Being in a more residential area, the flat is a bit far from the main beaches and restaurants and bars. Not too much of a problem if you don't mind a walk. Or you could jump on a bus going up to Taormina or to the beaches from the road behind as the roads are one way only.
It could be considered a pro being away from the main strip by some too!
The road is very busy and a bit noisy with traffic.
The flat is on the 1st floor with a narrow staircase and no lift. Be prepared for this with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
The flat is a little 'tired', it could do with a little renovation.
A fresh coat of paint, lamps that can actually plug in the wall from the bedside table.
The main room has a big wardrobe but is pretty useless without a hanging rail.
My friend occupied the smaller room, she said the mattress was very uncomfortable and springy.
The bathroom was fairly adequate with a nice shower however no shower door so the floor got wet. It could also do with a towel rail (one hanging over the bidet isn't ideal)
A few complimentary tea, coffee and sugars would also be appreciated.
Small things that need not be costly would make a very big difference.

The view and location were great
We got contacted by the host that they would give us an "upgrade". Turns out the "upgrade" was a disaster: There was black fungus in the corner of one bedroom. The bathroom floor was dirty and the wifi didn't work due to technical problems according to the host.

The view. Its amazing. The owner is a friendly guy and the apartment clean. Be sure to enjoy the rising sun there, spend some time on the balcony!
We were replaced in similar apartment but unfortunately we had no wifi there. Also the owner was slow to react on our questions on parking possibilities.

There was no running water for 24 hours and we didn’t get the apartment what we booked.
When we complained about the issue, we were sent a video how to fix the problem on out own. Than we still had to wait for quite some time for warm water to heat.

Great, cozy, bright apartments. A unique view through the large windows. Authentic details in the interior. What could be more wonderful than falling asleep to the sound of the sea and waking up with it.

Amazing views. Ideal location for exploring Naxos-20 minute walk to main beach and 10 minute drive to Taromina.

Alex kept in touch by whatsapp before arrival and was waiting with keys and was full of information about the area and the best places to eat. The little present of a canola was very much appreciated and eating it on the spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful bay was spectacular. Lots of restaurants and bars along main street. Highly recommended this apartment and surrounding area. I will certainly be back

Beautiful balcony. Lovely neighbours. Beach can't be closer; it's 5m from the apartment. Private parking is free and well secured. It is about 200-300m from the apartment, but during the walk surrounding is splendid, so it isn't a problem at all. The welcoming gift is delicious. Alex will provide extensive instructions for food, drinks, groceries, tours etc. There is also a discount included in his recommendations, so that's a bonus. I verify it isn't purely pro forme; it's legit. 10/10 would visit again!

Alex was a great host, really helpful and friendly, always giving us option about our travel. The appartment was nice, few meters away from the beach.
The appartement furniture can be improved. There is quite a lot of furniture which is occuping a lot of space and the closet was broken. There were no basic things which I assume should be in a rented appartment (e.g. dish washing soap and sponge, garbage bags).
Another thing not so nice is the traffic on the street in front of the balcony. The air was hard to breathe when the traffic was intense.

Beautiful views from the large balcony window on the sea. We spend unforgetable moments on the balcony despite the noise of traffic. The bathroom is renovated. The apartment is very close to Taormina, a huge advantage is free carparking
The bed was too soft.
The kitchen could be better equipped. Especially we missed the wine glasses.
Despite bathroom is renovated, the hosts should think about how to remove the unpleasant smell.

kitchen equipment is rare and dirty. the most furniture are old and should be renewed. we had to bring even our own toilette paper.
the apartment is located on a really high frequented street, so there is a lot of noise and is not a good choice for a good sleep.
