Great time at Rainbow Apartments

Rainbow apartments was great for me and my friends. There were several AC units so it was easy to keep the apartment cool. The location was very nice and our host was helpful and responsive.

One day after leaving the apartment for several hours, we came back to a bad smell. I’m not sure what it was, but it went away after leaving the windows open for a while.

Peter and his wife are an amazing hosts, was very easy to communicate with. Place is really good, well maintained, equipped with everything one needs. Apartment also has a washing machine which was really important with kids and also beaches nearby. We had the ground floor apartment which was very practical with 2 small kids. Also parking was just beside the apartment.

A real deluxe apartment

Located in a nice area, near a fine beach (Borik) the apartment was clean, stylish. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The administration very helpful. Near the place was two very good restaurant- Grill Capo and Mamma Mia. We were very pleased with our stay.

Good location, nice walk to the old town along waterfront and also easy with uber or taxi for our return.

Very nice

Peter and his wife were very kind, we had everything we needed, didn't expect to be this good. The flat was clean and positioned in a good area, around many beaches and restaurants. We also had our private parking lot. I totally reccomend it, very nice!

The host Peter was very friendly and accomodating. Spacious and clean apartment. It was perfect for our group of six.

There are no nets on the windows and there were lots of mosquitoes in the bedrooms when we got there.

Great place to relax on vacation

Peter was very nice, we felt very comfortable there. We travel with our cat and there was no problem with it, even an additional fee. It was great to come back from the beach to the air conditioned apartment. The bed was very comfortable. equipped kitchen, allowed us to prepare a delicious dinner or breakfast. very nice bathroom equipped with a washing machine which was a very big plus for our 8-day stay. the area was calm and quiet and we had no worries about our car parked in front of the building. our holiday at Rainbow Apartments was very successful.

Owner of an apartment is a really good person. We have stayed a few days here and everything was excellent without any problem. Easy contact with owner in case of any problem and fast reply. Apartment was big and comfortable and close to the bay area. I recommend it to everyone!

New and Spacious place with great owners

it is a new building with new furniture, very comfortable for a big family. very clean, amazing hosts, my nice broke a side table lamp by accident while moving her stuff around, the owner was there, her reaction was amazing, cleaned it up and put it away and said don't worry about it! there is also a small grocery store walking distance which was very helpfull.

There is a spiral stair between main floor and two bedrooms upstairs, it is narrow to take suitcases up, but not a big deal for healthy young adults.

The cleanliness and the modern look of the apartment

Location is a bit far from the old town of Zadar. Need to take cab to and fro , otherwise it is a 45 minutes walk.

Excellent stay!

Clean! Safe! We showed up late at 2am and the owner was here to greet us and help us park. excellent communication. We have a big family with all ages and this apartment was an excellent fit.

Air conditioning in each room. Spacious. Kind host. Clean.

Shower facing wrong direction and attached to the wrong wall. Not enaugh glasses and cutlery. Only one dishwasher tablet.

- The apartments were ultra-clean. I've been to some clean apartments before, but this one is just next level. Even my mom (she's kinda Monica of cleanliness) was impressed. - Hosts were really friendly. They provided prompt answers to all our inquiries. Great, great people. - I just cannot get the smell of those pillows out of my head, they were heavenly... - The private parking was easily accessible and 5m away from the apartment entrance. - We had two families inside one apartment (6 adults and 2 kids) and it was super comfortable.

Our stay here could've been a bit longer...

The property was very cute and in a quite area of the city. The owner was very accommodating for our check in/checkout and was quickly address any questions we had. The apartment had parking which is so important in Zadar. The drive was just a few minutes to the Old City and beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is rather large, very clean and comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The host was very nice and helpful.

The host should invest a bit more in the kitchen accessories that should be of a slightly higher quality than those we had to use. They should absolutely provide the apartment with a classic Italian coffee maker. The architecture of the apartment is quite bizarre.
