A good central base for exploring Albufeira and the rest of Algarve.

A very well equipped apartment which felt spacious for the two of us. A front balcony for sunrise and seaview with a rear balcony for sunset watching. Close to town and shops. Plenty of parking outside apartments ( maybe busier outside February?)

The front balcony overlooked sports courts which were noisy till late on a couple of nights.

The soccer field outside (in front of the apartment living room) can be quite noisy, even at 23h00.

excellent value for money. wi-fi dwindled a little over the stay but enough channels on the the for British and European

very clean and well equipped. was greeted by Judith who was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. the apartment was very comfortable and relaxing. would definatley stay here again in a heart beat. Thankyou.

would have liked an oven but managed fine without.

Very good

Location was great not far from the old town. Room very clean and tidy johannes the owner was great and very friendly. Will defiantly recommend and I will be returning. Very good value for money.

We stayed in the Deluxe Apt, family of 4. Fantastic size, great facilities, super comfy beds, lovely balcony with pool view. Spotless apartment. Host Johannes was there to meet us when we arrived, so friendly & a pleasure to deal with. Great location, approx 15 minutes walk to the old town. Supermarket & plenty places to eat all within a few minutes from apartment. Would definitely recommend 👌

Pleasant

One toilet roll for two people for a week was not adequate. The view from the apartment was poor and it was a twenty minute walk to the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are.

Great Stay

The location was very good, central to new town and old town within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pool access just located around the corner from the apartment block.

The block next door had loud dogs that barked through the night. A clothes horse would be ideal for a large family.

Uncomfortable and stressful £125 per night to sleep on a couch!

property was clean and close to supermarkets

complex very run down…tired. lift broken for 2 days, nails secured windows and doors despite signs very limited number of sun beds were reserved by those apartments on the ground floor. this apartment was described as Delux…..it’s really not. area around is busy, busy dual carriageway in front of property…..too loud to sit and relax on balcony of an evening. Aircon unit on the balcony also quite loud: No air conditioning in the bedroom….. like sleeping in an oven…,couldn’t leave window open….aggressive gulls and barking dogs at all hours. My husband and I had to sleep on a sofa bed in the living area with our son….aircon in this room only. we paid a bit more expected better, very disappointing

Great reasonably priced spacious apartment

Spacious apartment had everything we needed. Clean and well maintained with small balconies. Handy for all local amenities if you don't mind walking (which is fine for us). Lots to discover in Albufeira including the Strip for younger people, old town, beaches, new marina and historical sites. Tourist train and buses stop nearby

Lift was a little unreliable. Some local dogs barked at all hours. Pool loungers in need of some tlc

Great stay, comfy apartment with a helpful

Comfy apartment in a convent location about 7 min walk to old town and 10 to the strip. Quiet location. Comfy bed and host was very nice and helpful.

Amazing view and location in Albufeira

Johannes allowed us to check in early as there was no guests before us. We requested to be given the 4th floor and we were so pleased when he said that we will get it! It was also nice of him to meet us by the building during the check in to deliver the keys. The communication with him is smooth, he replies on a timely manner. The apartment as a whole was clean. 1 closet in the living room with hangers and extra blankets which was super convenient. Aircon/heating in the apartment working well. The toilet smelled like like it was just cleaned, 3 bottles of 15ml shampoo and 3 small bar soap were provided which was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I also like that the couch is leather because I can sanitize it easily just to be sure. It can be converted to a sofa bed but no need for that as there was an extra bed in the living room and another bed in front of the bathroom. The best thing about this apartment is the balcony and its views.. it was so nice to chill in the balcony where we can see the swimming pool area and the sea. I love that it has outdoor rattan sofa set with table. Another reason why we chose this apartment was because of the location. There's a McDonald's and KFC by the building, 2 grocery store within 2 mins walk, popular cake/coffee shop across by Brisa Sol. The apartment is also about about 10-14 mins walk to old town and 15-17 mins walk to the beach. As for the wifi- can't really play on your phone but it's good enough to do some work which is more important. We will stay here again for sure and we do recommend this apartment.

- The fridge smelled like fish..the odour was quite strong and we only placed sealed food in it due to this. the freezer was not strong enough, our ice cream kind of melted. - Wish hand soap in either the kitchen or bathroom was provided. - I washed the plates, bowls, pans, cups and glasses before using them because they felt really sticky when we first touched them. This may be because no one stayed in this apartment for a week or so before us. - Their pillows are super flat, definitely need to be changed. - Although the aircon/heating works well in the apartment, the bedroom temperature was super cold. There is heating in the bedroom but it won't turn on. We didn't bother asking Johanne about this as we only stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. These things are only minor and again, we will definitely stay here again if we're back in Albufeira.

Very good

Apartment was absolutely spotless clean; host was excellent; Location was great, 15mins walk to strip or 15mins walk to old town square ; 10 mins from the nearest beach. very close to some restaurants; also fast food places 2 mins away.

Pool area is not great; many people reserving sun loungers and not using them very annoying, but other than that it had nice little bar restaurant adjacent to the pool

Lovely apartment

The room had everything u needed ,very clean and beds was changed and clean towels provided in the week

Just didn't like the view from balcony was at the back facing football pitch and tennis courts

Great location,close to all amenities,shops,cafes restaurants.Apartment well equipped.Spotless,host Johannes was very helpful and a nice guy.Would go back again to Bellavista when I go back to south Portugal
