Our favourite stay in Lombok by miles

There was nothing not to like at Umbrella Villa - It felt as comfortable as being at home with an amazing Million Doller View which you do not want to tear yourself away from and more than likely a sunset to die for. We felt very welcome and very well looked after. It was like living like a millionaire with an amazing infinity pool with a view. The staff were on hand at all times with fresh tasty food and drinks.

Nothing to report here great location, great hosts, and true hospitality.

We loved this amazing property, views to die for, and a lovely big room. we stayed in the Grand Leval suite. Retna was so helpful, and made our stay perfect.

loved everything about the property. it is out of the way so you need a motorbike or car hire. we knew this before we arrived. if you want a view like this, you have to be prepared to be a bit out of the way.

The perfect holiday location when staying in Lombok

EVERYTHING. From the moment we arrived and was shown the apartment, we knew that this was going to be perfect. Antok took time to show us to this amazing place and even arranged to purchase additional drinks for us to keep in the room . Ratna sorted out the TV and from then on, everything was set up perfectly. We loved the view from the apartment and every day took pictures from sunrise to sunset. No visit to Bali should be without a trip to Lombok and in particular this amazing setting. It goes without saying that we will be back to Villa Umbrella to visit this wonderful place and the most perfect of hosts with Ratna leading this wonderful team. Special mention to Ratna, Antok Fahmi and Robi who made this stay exceptional

A magical spot with breathtaking views

This property is absolutely stunning with the most amazing view all the way over to Bali and Mount Agung. The room was super spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views from every window and the balcony. The bathroom was also fantastic and the bed super comfy. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was really good, every request was so wonderfully met by the amazing Manager Busyairi. The pool, the view and the many opportunities to relax and hang out on this wonderful property were such a treat. We will definitely come back and couldn't recommend this place more ❤️🙏🏽

Brilliant place to meditate + enjoy the sound of the ocean

Stunning view, nice size bungalows, cozy feel. Hosts/ owners are absolutely Lovely and most helpful. TIP: I took the 250k trip around the islands with Julie, and got to know a bunch of fun facts about funeral habits, island life etc. Was worth doing that before going off on my own, as she showed where to park, what to see etc. Bonus: I find it hard to meditate, but the villa has a swing (after the pool) and a deserted tiny beach with stairs that was perfect and safe to get into the zone of zen and deep dive into my thoughts with the sound of the waves around!

It's a pretty steep drive up/down to get to the villa, so be careful on a scooter.

everything. to stay at villa umbrella was an amazing experience. the staff was so kind and welcome and always disposed to helped me. the views are stunning. The peace and the energy of the place. dont hesitate in stay here. everybody should leave this experience and enjoy it, is incredible. I would like to stay for more nights but I was in the end of my trip so sadly I spent only one night. Im definitely will come back in the future.

The villa is amazing, the infinity pool with view, the furniture, every piece of decoration. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great (best banana pancake we had so far :))

The bathroom floor (not so shiny shiny bathroom tiles) was not very clean. The atmosphere in the villa felt desolate, probably due to low season

Great location to stay for 2/3 days to relax but not much longer.

House was nice and bigger than we expected. Matrasses were very good. Pool is nice with a great view. Staff was very nice and eager to please.

Had to specifically ask for house to be cleaned, which for the money we paid should have been automatically or at least ask us in the morning if we wanted it cleaned or new towels etc. Had problems with ants and mice. Breakfast first couple of days was great but as time went by nothing was being replenished. First couple of days we got 2 different jams, honey, butter and vegemite all individual portions. The last three days we only got cooking butter and some sort of golden syrup (even after pointing it out).

For the Sunset Lovers 💕

The Villa is located on the top of the mountain. It has a huge pool/dining area. I was staying upstairs in one of the rooms with a private balcony 😊❤️ I loved every moment of it. The bed and pillows where comfortable and the whole villa is very clean. You get a giant water tank with the room and there is also one in the po area. The villa has its own kitchen.There is good choices of food , it is also delicious 😋 The owner Ratna is a gem 💎❤️ super sweet , who makes sure everything goes smoothly. She has an adorable baby girl Jane 😍 The. Staff is very polite and kind , they really go way beyond to make you feel welcomed. you have the most beautiful view, i was falling in love every night watching at the sunset. thank you for everyone ❤️

Amazing views from the villa! Great staff running the place that were helpful with transportation.

Beautiful grounds and amazing view of Senggigi. Pool and rooms accurately shown in photos. Breakfast was excellent and the staff working there were always available & very friendly. Overall we had an excellent time. The villa is up on a hill, so walking back down to the town & beach is possible but maybe not practical for some. The villa had scooters for rent that made getting around easy. I thought that the tradeoff for the view over the valley and of the ocean was well worth it.

I love the view and the ambience because the location is in high hill so the view so amazing and so quite coz far from the main road. local staff also very kind when I came to the villa. The pool also so nice with rain shower is available near pool with clean towel. Better place if you are looking for resting.

There's a little missunderstanding when I contact with customer service, but it's ok it's been solved. i think this villa needs renovation due to some part already broken
