Fantastic stay

The appartment is spacious including the balcony and airconditioning. The kitchen has everything you need. The big advantage for us was the washing machine. it is near a very well equipped beach. The appartment owner Milka was amazing, always kind to us and our kids. We certainly would like to come back next year.

Great location, apartment was a good size for a family of 4. The host was extremely friendly, she made us feel very welcome and at home. Happy with our stay and would book again!

One of the best places in Brodarica.

Beautiful apartment in a very good place. The owners were very kind, they gave us snacks and parting gifts. :) The sea and a very good bakery are 10 minutes away on foot.

Excellent host with easily accessible beach

The apartment is newly built and only a few yards from the beach Rezaliste. We stayed for 4 nights and used it as a base to visit KRK NP, Split, and Sibenik and also went to the beach at the end of each day. The host, Milka, is a very sweet and a kind lady who made sweets for us during our stay and very accommodating. Markets were also very nearby from the property. The apartment had all the kitchen utensils for use.

We had booked for a sea view, but didn't get one. As per the hosts, Booking.com didn't update the previous booking, due to our reservation being last minute, and hence we ended up staying on a lower floor with no sea view. But we still enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Superb

Clean and tidy. Very nice host and nice apartment itself. Close to the beach and shops. Close to highway.

No place to be outside: garden, etc. Conatracts outside the fence.

Excellent !

This is school example how hospitality and apartment facility should be handled. From the start to the end of are vacation, experience was exceptional ! The host Milka is prime example of kindness and great host, and she take care of us like we are hers own family. Apartment it self (no. 3) was big and spacious, and extra clean, with great view to the sea and islands, so i highly recommend it, and im sure this is not our last stay with mrs. Milka.

The weather last two days of our staying, but regarding apartments we like everything:)

It was nice and the look to the sea was beautiful.

The apartment was clean and new. The host (Milka) was extremely kind and warm-hearted. We had surprises from her (sweets). We considered at least 20 additional apartments and this one was a great choice.

Exceptional

The landlady was so nice. She prepared a wellcome snacks when we've arrived and then a delicious cake during our stay.The appartment was clean and had a great view. Everything was perfect.I woud definetlly recommend this accomodation in Brodarica. Thank you.

An excellent place with a very kind hostess

Staying at this place really made our vacation even better. The apartment exceeded our expectations - it had everything we needed and more. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although we had all the neighbours present, we didn't hear a thing - the walls were thick and we lived in complete silence. The beach is 2 min walk. Very much recommend this place for a longer stay!

Exceptional

We liked the hospitality and the kindness of the owner - we were welcomed with local food at arrival, and the home-made banana cake received during our stay was delicious, the facilities of the apartment and the cleanliness. We highly appreciated the location- easy to get there and close to the beach - less than 10 minutes walk with a lazy 6 years old. We will definitely return!
