Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Großes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, fußläufig viel zu erreichen (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Hauptbahnhof)

Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Besonders im Sommer, aber auch, da vor dem Hotel Straßenlaternen leuchten, ist es im Zimmer immer hell. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr warm. Die Duschwand war kaputt und aus dem Seifenspender im Bad lief beständig Seife aus, auf den Boden und ins Waschbecken.

Okay for one night but wouldn’t go again

The location was very good and the beds were quite comfortable

The room we had definitely didn’t look like on the pictures, the Wi-Fi almost didn’t work, in the description it says private bathroom but it’s only a sink. Also we had hair in dust in the room and we could hear everything people did in the whole hotel during the night.

Location and had a lift, with spacious room and bathroom. Very clean.

It was hot as peak summer and like most European hotels no Airconditioing so had to leave windows open at night but quite noisy from people on street. Would be better in cooler weather.

Lovely old hotel near the river and major sights!

Good breakfast! Great location! Cute rooms! Elevator is so helpful to seniors!

Please offer multiple keys to multiple adults as some want to stay out later and then you have to go down to let them in! Breakfast attendant made things confusing because it was set up as self-service but she insisted she was supposed to bring you certain things and it was unclear.

Small hotel with big surprise

Top location, right in front of the bridge, easily accessible, with supermarket, restaurant right around the corner. Especially perfect for traveller going on by train. I was super sceptical if the hotel would be too old. Quite a contrary, the hotel is a cute, clean, comfortable, which gives one feeling as my previous student apartment! Nice little hotel, super comfortable bed. Super clean bathroom, hot water and heater. Very friendly staff and always try their best to assist. They do have a small little lift that one just need to go on a couple of stairs can access your floor by lift.

Due to super convenient location, one can hear team and people on the road easily. As the night was windy, the flag hanging on the road was quite noisy. I can imagine it might be quite hot in summer.

Fabulous - we highly recommend staying here!

The location is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are the best (in fact, we asked about buying one!). Plus, it’s nice to have coffee/tea available in the room.

Superb

Perfect location in the center, close to attractions and 2 stops from the train station. Later self checkin was available and luggage was kindly deposited on day of checkout. Our family room was an apartment with 2 rooms and terrasse and working desk.

Unbeatable hotel location, but not for light sleepers

The location was excellent, close to everything, and the rooms were modern and clean, although the building itself is old. There are enough amenities in the room and its size is comfortable. The beds were also quite comfy.

There's absolutely no soundproofing, unfortunately. You can hear everything going on in the hotel, and if you're unlucky like my friend, your room will be on the side of the busy street, so you'll also be hearing the constant tolling of the bells from the Dom. Since the hotel's rooms were sold out, it was very busy and noisy, so we could barely get any sleep the 3 nights we were there.

Disappointing

The location is great for someone who travels by bus or train. Wi-Fi is also good.

.It was an awful experience. If they send you to the top floor, 4th floor, in summer, refuse it and ask to change. It is very hot and the fan doesn't help much. I couldn't sleep. Since the apartment is in centre I kept listening to people shouting and screaming all night long. Very difficult to fall asleep. Besides the ceiling on 4th floor is not high, therefore I hit my head on it and it wasn't very pleasant. The recepnist wasn't also very friendly and helpful.

Great location, paid parking 200 meters, polite and attentive staff.

People with a weak heart should understand that the rooms are located on the 4th floor, but there is no elevator!
