i hated staying here. it was supposed to be a relaxing trip for me and my in-laws and it ended up spoiling our whole sta

Nothing. Nothing at all. it was not anything like what was advertised. Such a horrible experience.

The rooms were extremely smelly, it stinks so bad. The rooms were so badly maintain. walls are filled with mold. broken floor. toilets were dirty. floor mats were not changed. bedsheets were not clean. We asked for the house keeping to change them, we were told there we no more extra sheets as they were full house.

Staff very nice and friendly! Love her a lot! We asked to change room and she approved it right away! It was great!

The google map direction were confusing and the path along was bad because it was a dirt road. So need to take a further way to get to the hotel

Very poor

1.Room has a strong smell of smoke （can change but no to be better) 2.The plug light on the pillow is a big problem (It is easy to accidentally touch the switch on sleeping) 3.At pillow case has a lot of stains 4.Cabinet light is broken, toilet door cannot be locked also broken . 5.Double bed is is two single beds combined together ( is concave )

Regret.

The only thing nice about the property is that it’s near to the Ipoh town

The room was a mess. Receptionist are not friendly and very rude. Been given a room that was not clean yet. Overall experience was not great and definitely not recommended for others to stay here

please put air freshener in the room.. change the pillows and bed. ive paid for one queen bed but why there's two si

just the location near to town

the receptionist was not that friendly, the information been given to me doesnt help about parking. the sinki was loose and water pressure was too low, the pillows are too thin and beds are actually for single person, they just combined two single beds into one king bed, for the tv doesnt have many channels or movies. the hotel doesn't provide proper iron board,just use office table, covered with few table cloths. it's hard for me to iron my clothes, not only that I'm not satisfied with the toilet deco whereby there's no place to put soaps. it's like they didn't replace new glass.

Very good value for money

The stay was nice and the location of the hotel is also strategic as it located not too far from other attraction places in Ipoh. And also, the hotel is near to the town so you don’t have to worry of getting food for the late night supper. For me, it was 10/10

water licking from celing insects alot cockroach small to big. linen torn blanket no tamil channel in tv parking hotel in secure no cctv at back waze wrong direction reception didnt pick up call at evening when lost location needed help plug are loose and disconnect charger when charging

Got into my first room full of mold, and the room was not badly maintained. 2nd room was better but the walls have dirty markings. Better paint the room to cover it up
