Albergo carino in posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente gli impianti. Cucina semplice ma buona. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Bellissima la spa a cui abbiamo avuto accesso da soli en un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Ci ritorneremo!

The hotel is located in walking distance from the Alleghe lake and City Center which was helpful. All the staffs were really helpful and room was cleaned everyday.
Although we booked the hotel with description like mountain view and terrace with a lake view, our room was given at the back of the hotel with no view at all. More than that there was no breathing space as the terrace was actually a common walking space for all so had to put the curtains all the times. There was not enough sunlight in the room and it always felt a little claustrophobic to be honest. One important suggestion for future traveller will be please book the room with balcony and lake view, don't go for other option. The breakfast was ordinary.

Negatives unfortunately outnumbers the only positive (View from balcony) for Hotel Alpenrose: Breakfast the most discount I have ever experienced (some too old ingredients too), small hard beds unknown material trying to get through the sheets, poor pillows etc. Really a worn out place.
Do yourself af favor and spend the extra bucks elsewhere in order to get a good experience.
See above.

The breakfast was the one bright spot. That and the location which is at the top of the village of Alleghe.
The house keeper was lovely, singing as she worked.
The carpets in the hallways were quite stained (probably from the normal clientele (skiers).
The duvets on the bed were not in covers which felt a bit unclean. It being a ski chalet, the
staff seemed almost surprised by guests showing up,

Pretty good wi-fi
The maids were very helpful.
The breakfast was horrible. Although the hotel declares "very good breakfast", there were one kind of same ham, one kind of same cheese, scramled eggs and one kind od the same bad bread all the week long only. The waiter even didn't know what "a la carte" means.
Moreover instead of announced outlook to Alleghe lake we only saw an ugly grey wall from the terrace (see the picture), and the room location was just above hotel staff and guests smoking area so the smoke and noise were coming into our rooms.
Declared location "right next to the slope" meant walking 200 meters up a frozen hill or 300 meters down horrible stairs so you have to use a car to get to the cable car anyway
On top of that, in case of an issue the rude receptionist was able to yell at me.

Warm room, delicious dinner and breakfast and very freindly stuff. You can go by foot to ski piste. Entrance to piste is down the stairs and is not slippery, because is covered with sand. You can use another shortcut - path over the bridge too.

-very warm bedrooms and shower
-cleanliness
-efficient staff
-they could find (and customise) vegetarian options for dinner
-the free car park
-a communication issue: they never replied to the messages I had sent through Booking.com and I had to call
-I couldn’t access the spa as it was already fully booked

Cleanliness, precision and perfection
Doors were closed in morning when I wished to go out and watch the sunrise. No one was there at reception too...

Great rooms breakfast and location.

The breakfast offered was good and offered various items to suit different tastes. The hotel was dog-friendly, which for us was a plus. There was also a heated storage shed to keep your ski equipment; this was a very nice feature. The location was also ideal -- one could walk down to the main lift in 10 minutes or it was even possible to walk over to the piste that led to the bottom and ski down. It was also an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. The owner, Laura, was also always available if help was needed.
The breakfast was basically the same each day, but that wasn't really important to us. We had 2 adults & 2 children in the room so it was a little tight, but we knew that when we booked the trip; it did not have a negative effect. Also, English is not really spoken readily on the premises.

Sauna extra cost but worth it
ample balcony
firm beds and well heated room
On map the hotel is 200 m from skyway,
but hotel is also 200 m higher than skyway,
so better to rent or leave skis down at the station

Very tasty breakfast and dinner, access to the ski resort and the town, friendly and helpful staff.
Extra bed in the double room, the floor could be upholstered.
