Location was excellent and breakfast was very great. Staff was super friendly as well.
Shower did not work properly and it was a bit messy at parts and a bit pricey.
4.0
The location, friendly host, okay breakfast, availability of bottled / filtered drinking water in the fridge
There were bikes available in the courtyard but there was no information that there would be a fee for use. Was charged for 2 * 2 hours use afterwards even though used two bikes just for an hour, the host's reason being that they "have no one hour rental available". We were also told to study the property's web pages more closely -- but why not have a sign with proper prices if you have bikes available?!
The shower was unusable due to bad smell of water. Very disappointing :(
The property was rated **** even though the right rating is closer to max. **

Great location and very friendly staff. The room itself was simple but nice and tidy. The little kitchen was unexpected and nice to have.
Sheets cleanly washed, but permanent brown make up stains. Shower had very low pressure.

Can't think of anything.

Lovely building, Alfonzo very friendly host and gave us great tips for the island, wonderful to be in nature, we saw deer and a baby eagle. Great convenient location and comfortable room.
Facilities slightly basic, door didn’t quite shut properly. Shared bathroom.

Nice place, we loved our stay +++ The sauna was nice, too!

We were greeted upon arrival by Alfonzo and shown to our room. He was very friendly and we enjoy talking with him during our stay. Our had a bathroom included, on second floor. They had cold water available from the local spring, which was a nice touch.
Some rooms on first floor are off the dining room, so people would be having breakfast very close to where you are trying to sleep, or cross the dining room to use the toilet.
It was a little warm when we visited, so the room was stuffy, no AC as is the case in many areas of Finland. Would’ve been nice to open more windows.

The breakfast was just right. It was tasty and had variety but not too much. I also liked the location as many places were accessible by walking.. The staff was wonderful and helpful. It was a great place to stay.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low so I didn’t feel I could wash my long hair easily. Also there was no hair dryer so I waited to wash my hair until I reached Helsinki. These are minor issues and caused no problems.

Very beautiful and tranquil location. Bikes available in abundance at the property. Extremely friendly staff members and owner. Easy access to ferry routes from hotel.

Location is pretty central as far as Iniö goes. Very friendly, hospitable people running the place. The tasty "Finnish home-style" breakfast was a great start to our next travel day!

The staff was absolutely amazing and Iniö Island was a great place to relax and enjoy the Finnish summer. The breakfast was really great as well!

The breakfast was very good. The place was very down-to-earth and the host was really nice and helpful. It was a nice place to stay in, very cosy and homelike. The location was beautiful and everything that we hoped for.

The hosts were great, very nice people they offered a lot of help and information regarding the island. Very helpful with arranging some custom needs. I got the feeling that they are doing their best for the guests.
We got a pretty small room. The room did not look very tidy, the door opened to the breakfast area, so from early in the morning it was a bit noisy. The towels were not dried well (this was very disappointing). The room had aricon but it was so so loud that we couldn't turn it on really.

Friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast and cosy room.

The place is located in a really nice spot, very close to a beautiful church and just a few minutes walk from the "center" of town with a few cafés and restaurants as well as a public sauna. Breakfast was pretty good with great coffee.
Our room was tiny with the door leading out right into the breakfast area, so when the first people came to eat we naturally woke up. When we went to the bathroom we walked right through all the people eating. The room also had no proper curtains which is not great in Finnish Summer when it's light out pretty much 24 hours a day. On top of that the window faced the entrance area so we felt like having zero privacy.

Good and clean place to stay overnight. Breakfast was good.
Sound isolation not good, basic beds.

What an amazing place! The overall feel of Villa Högbo is like coming to visit your grandparents' house. Immediately feels a lot like home. Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant. The location is perfect - a short walk from Norrby harbor, where an absolute must is the harbour sauna experience - sit in a hot Finnish sauna with a bunch of strangers and straight from the sauna terrace hop into the refreshing waters of the Baltic Sea. Make sure to take full use of the property's rental bicycles - the perfect way do discover this magical small island. And for dinner, take the short boat ride (on your bicycle) to the neighboring island of Jumo for a nice evening at the Erkas Garden home restaurant. Again, feels like visiting your other grandparents' house, which just happens to be on an adjacent island. Definitely coming back to Villa Högbo.
