Exceptional

Lovely apartment with use of a pool and breakfast provided. Breakfast varied each day and was very good. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Away from the noisy centre of town, bit of a walk but only 10 minutes or you can catch the beach bus.

Everything was perfect. I was able to borrow a bike from friends but if the hotel provided bikes that would be ideal for nipping into town.

A super home from home experience and the hosts, pool and setting were really lovely.

The hosts were wonderful and eager to help wherever possible. The setting and gardens were so pretty and Faziels pool is Spectacular! The family of cats and dogs made us really feel at home.

We would have liked slightly heavier curtains, and better cooking facilities would've been good as we cook. However, Faziel and his wife did everything to help when we needed anything.

A relaxing retreat in a beautiful location.

Quiet location, basic but more than ample facilities. Fabulous Turkish family run the accommodation. Friendly and obliging. Nothing too much trouble. We asked and were able to eat an evening meal on several occasions. The pool was very welcome. Everything spotlessly clean.

Not suitable for a family.

This is a house turned into a ‘hotel’ - one of many on the outskirts of Dalyan. We arrived incredibly late to find one air conditioned bedroom and one stifling room with no fan or AC with two couches that flatten into beds. Good breakfast, friendly staff and pleasant garden/pool. Just too hot if you’re coming from a cool clime. And nothing much in walking distance.

Only one room air conditioned for 4 people - no fan! Way too hot.

everything was clean and the flat was equipped for a normal family usage. Swimming pool was clean.

Bathroom had some drainage problems. So after the showers you need to dry the bathroom.

A genuine Turkish family hotel

We have to say that we were so happy with our 7 day stay here. We felt genuinely welcomed by the family that run the hotel and they were so kind to us and our children. The hotel is in a quieter more rural part of Dalyan which suited us. It is about a 14 minute walk to the centre of town. If you are looking for the luxury of a 5 star hotel then this may not be the place for you. However, if you want to be around kind, relaxed and hospitable people and get a real feeling of Turkish family life then this is the place for you. They also cleaned every day and it was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and overall we felt this was one of the best places for value we have ever stayed. Thank you so much for helping us have a relaxed holiday and being so kind to our children.

I strongly recommend this beautiful family establishment!

We had a great time at Isil Suit Apart. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You truly feel at home. The surroundings of the garden and the pool are beautiful, filled with trees, flowers, and adorable pets of the owners! The room was very clean, which felt amazing right after a bad experience with another stay in Izmir. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough amenities to cook every once in a while. Besides, the hosts will provide you with anything - just ask! They are super nice!

We were a family of 5 and the family suite in the attic sometimes felt small, but we didn't really mind! If you are clumsy like me- watch your head! :) The wifi had a bad signal in the attic, but we didn't really need it on this trip. Common areas and lower floors had a good signal. These small issues didn't take away from our enjoyment.

Nice, albeit smallish property, great owner

Very welcoming and accommodating owner who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He gave us numerous rides to the town cener and provided beach towels. Very relaxed place with lots if cats. The property is well kept. Nice looking pool which was, alas, a bit too chilly for us. 10 minute walk to the town center.

Our unit had two small rooms and a kitchenette. The bedroom was a bit crammed, so was the bathroom. It takes a few minutes for hot water to start coming. Poor sound isolation, could hear people in other rooms.

Customers who have been here once, often come back year after year.....

First I want to say that the owner (MR. Faysal) and his wife are very sweet and caring hosts. Meeting these 2 was in itself a very nice experience. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. It is an ideal destination for families with children. You can relax and fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Dalyan. It is only a 15 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to so far, Iztuzu Beach. The village feeling, being able to eat with what the owner puts on the table in the evening and the breakfast that is served to you with a lot of love and attention to detail makes this hotel the best in its class in my opinion. Customers who have been here once often come back year after year. Now I understand why.... Thank you for the great experiance.... TB

Faisal, the host, is a wonderful man. He couldn't have been more helpful. He offered us some free dishes and coffee during the day and at a moment's notice was always willing to drive us into the town centre of an evening. Rosa, who looked after the cleaning, was a delightful woman. Lovely to chat to, and both she and Faisal made a great impression on us. Isil Suit represents terrific value. The staff are warm-hearted and take pride in offering visitors a calm and laid-back atmosphere. A very memorable experience.
