It was comfortable and great for the kids

Rooms were nice.good breakfast value.

Staff was unfriendly, not knowledgeable about local surroundings. Not patient with the kids. Pool was not anything special

Good value in Scottsdale. Would recommend.

Great value. Big room with kitchen facilities if needed. Excellent location for the SkySong complex. Breakfast included made-to-order eggs which was a nice touch.

Really great value for your money :) Totally recommend.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. We used the sofa bed and didn't have any bedding or pillows in the room so we had to ask the staff, but that's ok. Breakfast was delicious and it's always appreciated when traveling.

Lovely room, quiet hotel, breakfast a bit disappointing.

The rooms are nice and have everything you could need.

I think the breakfast station needs a slight change. I think it is great to have something made fresh but there was 2-6 people waiting at a time for a tiny plate of cheesy eggs. The gal making them didn’t ask how many were needed, I think this is a nice gesture for those there will small children. I just had to get back in line to get enough eggs for my family. Then she stopped offering potatoes, so I assume you all ran out, which is also unfortunate. There should be enough for everyone.

the distance from the elevator to the room was unacceptable. It was my second visit by accident. When I arrived at the property, I realized that it was the same property whose pool was unavailable and remembering that the layout of the property was ridiculous. Equally disappointing (but not surprising at a poorly staffed time) was that there was one person in front of me waiting for someone that wasn't there. I called the hotel in advance to get a bonvoy number so I could get an e-key through the app. It allowed me to check in but the promised key never arrived. I had to text the hotel through the link before someone emerged. They may have been away with good reason but it was disappointing enough to comment on.

We stayed for one night. We appreciate the cleanliness of our room and the property was clean.

We enjoyed the small kitchen in our room. The cleanliness was great. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was great. The front staff was great. The beds were very comfortable.

The parking lot is small. Need more breakfast selection..

The staff was friendly and the room and all facilities were very clean

I was not notified of the additional charge of the parking garage at the time of checkin nor did I see it was required at the time of booking.

honestly was beyond disappointed with the pool size. it’s so small and packed didn’t get to enjoy swimming the whole trip because 20 people in a small pool is not it. top it off it’s hot so who wouldn’t want to swim. the lobby is big and spacious they should take some of that space to make the pool bigger.

Clean, modern, comfortable and excellent location.

The $12 parking fee. Not sure why we had to get charged when we didn’t even park in the garage.

Ery good breakfast. Very convenient location if you have a car. Desk staff very helpful.

The blackout blind in our bedroom was down the duration of our stay. Appears no one was a available to fix it, however the front desk spontaneously removed several charges and gave us a discount

A great landing spot for Phoenix.

Very comfortable bed! Appreciated the breakfast offerings. The lobby was especially nice with lots of outdoor areas to sit.

The entrance is a little difficult to find.

Element Hotel was a beautiful hotel and not too expensive given the amenities

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel.. very modern and clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and nice amenities! The continental breakfast was really good (fruit was superb)!

Someone was running up and down the hall on the floor directly above us and it shook the floor/was loud. This went on for about an hour (must’ve been a young child). I did not sleep well at all because of that and I had a big hike planned the following day.
